Hi McKenzie, thanks for taking the time to review. I am glad the few things didn't spoil you holiday. I have requested to cleaners to leave more toilet paper. The sofa isn't that old and hasn't been used too much so am disappointed to know it wasn't comfortable. I will certainly mention this to owner. **Just a side note since you have left we have had lighting changed to new lead lights, replaced the dishwasher new one, fixed the window issue and gotten a bigger bin and owner is looking into ducted aircon. Hi Lip, thanks for taking the time to review. Since you have left we have put new large oyster led lighting in back room as well as in the kitchen. The dishwasher has been replaced and the owner is looking into putting ducting aircon in the near future. Thanks for review Brett. I will make note of pool and lawn service days and put at property. The idea of havig a lock box is so there is no need to have extra key and then always at property for any guests. I was not aware of the guttering and will mention the lighting and guttering to owner. Want to thank you for leaving the property in such good condtion which was much appreciated. Deb
