We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and relaxing stays by the sea, and we are sorry to hear your time at Headlands did not live up to these standards. Unfortunately the severity of the weather meant there were significant delays in our Lift Technician reaching us on site during your stay. These extenuating circumstances were the result of unprecedented weather event, not due to a lack of urgency on our behalf. We encourage any guest having issues to chat to our team whilst onsite, as we would have been happy to move you to a ground floor room to maximise the comfort of your stay. Regardless, we deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused, and miscommunication on our behalf.It is also a shame to hear your dining experience wasn’t up to your expectations, particularly as you tried our Dumpling Bar – it is always such a fan favourite! Again, we implore our guests to reach out to staff if there are any issues whatsoever whilst dining, so we can swiftly rectify the situation and provide alternative options if the need arises.
