Nearby, you'll find the Ocean Beach Hotel, Bass Point Reserve, and The Shellharbour Club, all just a short 2km drive. For diving enthusiasts, the Shell Harbour Scuba Centre is also 2km away, with the Gravel Loader Dive Site only a 5-minute drive. Outdoor lovers can enjoy the The Links Shell Cove Golf Course just 3km away. Further afield, the stunning Killalea Beach (The Farm) is 4km away, and popular destinations like Minnamurra (9km), Kiama (15km), and Jamberoo (16km) are all within easy reach for day trips or scenic exploration.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.



The person who makes the booking must be the primary guest staying at the property and must provide valid identification for verification. The primary guest (booker) guest must be aged 21 years or over. A link to our online check-in form will be sent after booking confirmation. This must be completed by the main guest, including ID verification, before the scheduled check-in time.



Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
