"Check-in was quick and easy, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was visible water damage in several areas, the chairs were heavily stained and appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and the room was quite dusty. The overall condition felt worn and poorly maintained compared to the photos online.
I understand humidity can cause maintenance challenges, but the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet my expectations. Based on the condition of...

"Host was excellent, arranging parking and check-in details seamlessly via Expedia beforehand. I was assigned to the property in Building 301, 1st floor and is very large and features great facilities like a washer/dryer and daily housekeeping which my family needs.
However, it does not have a garden like in listing. There were some minor issues like non-functional kitchen sockets and the hot water system failing on the last night.
Overall, a good stay made possible by the great host."
