"The owner communicated quickly and clearly.
The cottage was on the low scale of excellence because the cottage needs new or upgraded furniture. The dining table was warped, cracked and uneven as well as squeaky; the bench around the dining table has a broken piece off the end; the pull out couch is ready for the dump as its warped and lumpy and saggy; there are curtains missing and curtains that only cover 1/2 the window; the back deck was full of leaves as well as a broken lawn chair for...

"We loved that it was right on the water and we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The house if very rustic but cozy. It quite far from all main attractions in the area, the it is a beautiful quiet place. It was convenient to have the Lobster Pound right by the place. Overall a great stay. Thank you for our wonderful...
