You were actually in Heaven and did not except the serenity of this place. We let expedia KNOW check in time is 9 pm if you are going to be late just let us know and we would leave the lights on and the door unlocked. We are an older facility we are not a resort (small and family owned) and very old. If you had come and met us you would find out we are a VERY friendly Place. Sincerely Sandy

We are in the country, and do not claim to be in any way fancy. We are far enough out that it is hard to find good employee, to do a good job. We are NO WAY a resort, just an old motel, with beautiful scenery.

Dear Aaron, we did except Expedias price, it is just we did not know the price that Expedia quoted you. We did not know how late you were coming in or we would have left the door unlocked and lights on. We are so sorry for your inconvenience. 7R is out in the woods kind of place, so we are not modern in any way. We fit the bill of quiet ,serene and beautiful outdoors.

7R Guest Ranch full restaurant only Friday and Saturday and minimal food during week because we need staff hard to find. We are so remote and just down to earth folk

We are very remote, I'm not sure why you mentioned our beds we have all new mattresses. We are just a serine setting in the mountains and not a big company owned facility.

Dear Anonymous, I need to know what to improve to make your stay and others more comfortable , pleasing, happy, relaxing, etc. I need to know if it was the help, the rooms or what you were unhappy about. We are facility back in the mountains so cell phone is not good, we try hard on internet and were basically a place to get out of the hustle bustle of normal life. Sincerely, Sandy

Deep in mountains last week put in all new hot water tanks had culligan come out and up date all our water system. We have never never charged for cable tv

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy yourself while visiting us. Our restaurant is only open on weekends due to limited staff. We are nestled in a little valley between 2 mountains and unfortunately that means no cell phone service. The wifi we have is in the process of being upgraded so hopefully you will decide to stay with us in the future and give us another chance. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for staying with us! We appreciate the review. We are in the process of replacing out current tankless water heaters with the regular water heaters. Once they are fixed we shouldn't have any issues with the hot water. We look forward to having you stay with us again!
