The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. Some damp but the majority were full on wet, they would have felt they were wet and chose to fold them and hang them up for us to use. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher for us to clean and empty. Dishwasher wasn't fastened into space and shakes. At booking I asked if there was a television to use downstairs and the owner said he'd have one set up. It wasn't set up.Door knob missing from room.We contacted the owner at check in he sent the cleaners the next day to bring towels and set up tv. The owner said the TV was set up on a table downstairs. It wasn't. It was put in a room, on the ground, covered in dirt, no table and unplugged. We took it downstairs and cleaned it up and it didn't work. The television upstairs is out of sync with the words and voice, maybe an internet issue but you'd have to mute it and do CC to use. Directions say there is firewood, kindling and lighters in closet. There wasn't, we had to buy our own. The firewood left next to the fireplace was waterlogged like the towels. The owner needs new staff and he seemed not to believe our issues.
