"Extremely friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Shown to room and advised although at front of hotel (ground floor next to main road) it would be nice and quiet. Complete opposite discovered when retiring to bed as cars constantly go through Woburn village - a local called it the 5th lane of the M1 and we likened it to being on the hard shoulder. "Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area."

"Great stay, lovely rooms and great food"

"Had a nice quiet night.. breakfast was awesome with great coffee… highly recommended"

"Habitaciones perfectamente limpias.
