"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"Beautiful condo in great location. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. As stated in the description, there is some street noise, but I didn't find it to be an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to Boston and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "

"Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to...
