FLOWLAND Tarczyn
Tarczyn, the smallest village in the Western Sudetes, is situated at an elevation of 422 m on Tarczynka Hill. Its location above the Bober Valley, the vastness of the landscape, and the ever-present silence make this place ideal for guests seeking a break from everyday life. The view extends to the Karkonosze Mountains with Mount Śnieżka, the Jizera Mountains, and the Bober-Katzbach Mountains.
The FLOWLAND Tarczyn vacation home is located in a historic farm building. It accommodates up to 4 people, with the option to add a 5th person (extra bed in the studio). There is no through traffic, no tourist infrastructure, and no distractions.
Layout & Accommodations
The accommodations are located on the upper floor of a historic farm building and consists of a self-contained vacation apartment and a studio.
Both units each feature:
• two single beds (twin beds) that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed
• a private workspace with high-speed internet
• a private bathroom with a shower, towels, a hair dryer, and vegan toiletries
In the studio (Green Apartment), an extra bed can be added for an additional person.
The vacation rental (Yellow Apartment) features a fully equipped, private kitchen.
The studio has a tea and kettle corner; guests also have access to the fully equipped kitchen on the first floor.
The interiors are quiet, bright, and intentionally minimalist. The color scheme is understated and inspired by English interior design. Only eco-friendly materials, paints, and plasters were used; plastic elements were avoided. Contemporary art subtly complements the spaces.
On the first floor, guests also have access to a shared lounge with a library—ideal for reading, working, or enjoying quiet meals.
Garden & Terrace
The Yellow Apartment features a quiet terrace in the courtyard of the former farmstead. It is nestled between the three historic buildings of the farm complex and is framed by topiary plane trees as well as lush perennial and rose beds.
The terrace is intentionally sheltered and designed to be intimate. Gravel paths, paved areas, the historic fountain in the courtyard, and the surrounding buildings create a secluded, safe space that promotes tranquility and concentration. Here, you’ll feel a sense of arrival and a desire to linger.
The terrace is equipped with seating and is particularly well-suited for:
• Breakfast outdoors
• Quiet work sessions during a workation
• Reading, writing, or reflecting
• Relaxing evenings in the sheltered courtyard
The garden is designed to be natural and vibrant, without formal rigidity. The interplay of architecture, plants, and light gives the courtyard a timeless, serene atmosphere that changes gently throughout the day.
The outdoor area is part of the overall concept of tranquility, retreat, and mindful slowness. It is not intended for parties or loud activities, but rather as a quiet place to relax surrounded by nature.
Workation & Longer Stays
The vacation home is particularly well-suited for workations and longer stays. Two separate living units, multiple workspaces, reliable high-speed internet, and flexible kitchen solutions allow for focused work and relaxation at the same time.
Suitable for:
• Working from home in a quiet setting
• Writing and creative projects
• deliberate breaks lasting several weeks
Longer stays are welcome; custom terms are available upon request.

The FLOWLAND Tarczyn vacation home is a place of tranquility. There is no TV, and we do not accommodate parties or loud groups. Ideal for couples, groups of friends, small families with older children, and guests who want to travel at a more leisurely pace.
