"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. They have activities on site which...

"I’m still here, I booked a week at first but added 4 more days onto it.Absolute first class place, everything is perfection, not a thing to complain about.This is the second time we’ve been here with our 3 dogs and we’ve come back to show it off to our daughter and son in law. "A lovely cottage. Great for a weekend away. Slept well. Bed comfy. Heating works well . Cooked a couple of meals with no problems. A small milk provided which was very kind. A basic television and some dvds which you can play . Good WiFi . The cottage is small down stairs which was great for us as a couple but you can sleep four people in the cottage which is fine but a family may fine it a little small . We went to visit a couple of national trust properties and had a lovely time ."

"Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little ."
