"FAB place to stay everything was perfect beautiful clean room and bathroom breakfast was great lots of choice Gina and her husband were the perfect hosts and of course not to forget Norman they lovely dog easy to get to and plenty of parking space enjoyed our stay"

"The room very basic and in need of a refurbishment the carpet was stained with burn marks, the bed very uncomfortable and not the cleanest, the bathroom had stains and was in need of a deep clean, furniture was in serious need of a coat of paint, along with the whole part of the hotel. Only positive comment the place was cheap but won't be staying again"

"5 stars isn’t enough for Eastdale B&B. The property is immaculate. Liz is an exemplary host. The breakfast was excellent and was all quality ingredients. Parking is easy. I travel extensively for business and Eastdale B&B is the best accommodation I have stayed in for a very long time."

They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. "Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good."
