"Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I said I couldn’t stay in the small room we had booked because I felt claustrophobic, they immediately changed us to a much higher room at no extra cost. There was a water leak in the bathroom which we reported the next morning to the very helpful and friendly ..."

"Room very clean and all staff very helpful especially on arrival male staff had eftpos issues and didn’t delay my check in - instead gave me keys and tour whilst on hold. Extremely pleasant experience and will be back for sure! Thankyou"
