Hoteles en Wisley, Woking

"Great location, best room definitely the accessible queen one with space between the bed and tv wall. Not all the accessible ones have this"

"I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful and very pleasant. One thing I especially liked was the coffee machine available for guests. You can make cappuccinos, hot chocolate, coffee, and several other drinks, which was such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no elevator, and the staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large or heavy suitcases up and down can be a little difficult. I also want to give a...

"Victoria underground very near, walking distance"

"It was horrendous. I paid for a room with a window. The window was in a basement room looking into a wall. That wasn’t the worst part. It smelled so bad, I had to use my perfume to try and disguise the smell which it didn’t. Then I realised I had a manhole in my shower which is probably where the smell came from. The bed was hardly made. When I left the covers I couldn’t tell if the bed was clean or made as it wasn’t done properly. I complaint to the front desk and asked to change rooms. When...

"Location and the staff were great"

"The room was clean and well mantained, the personnel very helpful. The only slighy negative detail is that breakfast was scarce"
