The Space:

The apartment features two bedrooms: a cozy double bedroom perfect for couples, and a second bedroom with two single beds ideal for friends or family. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including an oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, and ample counter space. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll find everything you need at your fingertips.
The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to enjoy a quick refresh or a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
