Beautiful Family Time in a Wonderful Setting

Accommodations were very nice with enough room to comfortably fit 10 adults. Place is tastefully decorated and very clean. Well delivered and easy instructions.

Great Stay

Eric and Ursula were fantastic hosts and maintain a beautiful properly for a family getaway. Very impressed that the house / garage are fully stocked with just about everything you would need. Highly recommend this property and hope to be back again soon.

Great cabin for family vacation

Excellent cabin for family vacation. Great amenities for kids and adults. The beach within walking distance is not really a beach, but a shoreline. Castle Rock Park beach which is 5 min drive is a perfect beach for all. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely place to get away from it all!

4th of July at the Lake

We had a great family 4th of July at this beautiful cabin! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The check in and check out process was very easy and Ursula was very accommodating. The cabin is in a great location. I would highly recommend. Georgeann L.

Place was lovely but is not on the “lake It is a 10 minute walk to access. It was nice to put beach chairs in the shallow waters Ursula was wonderful and the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans.

Beautiful log home in the woods

Thank you for a beautiful, clean and restful home in the woods. Our family had grand sons from 2 years old to 16 years old enjoying fishing, swimming and playing ball out side. We had a great week!

Great cabin!

We had a great time at the cabin. The pictures barely do it justice. Ursula was great to deal with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The rustic cabin had all the amenities listed. We were able to rent a boat and dock it at The Dirty Turtle bar (7 minute drive) for $20. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice property, but it isn’t on a lake like the listing says. It is off a subdivision road, and it is a considerable walk down to the water. You are secluded in trees so it has a private feel, but no lake views.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin in the woods. It was scrupulously clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are separated from each other, two with ensuites and the other 2 bedrooms had a beautiful bathroom located just outside each bedroom. There is also a wonderful loft where are 2 boys slept. The location is perfect with more things for the family to do than we had time for. The host was wonderful to work with. Everything was just as she told us it would be and she was available for help at any time if we would have needed it. We would give the highest recommendation of this cabin to anyone who is considering it.it.joutside the bedroom.

Great Family Time

Beautiful log home, loved the layout with bedrooms on each end of the house on both the main level and lower, walkout level. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are ensuites, with all 4 bedrooms having access to their own bathroom and large closets, (3 walk-in)made our stay so comfortable. The additional sleep/lounge/loft area upstairs provides sleep/activity area for older kids or work/computer area for adults. Lower level is another couch/actvity/tv area, in addition to the bedrooms. A pantry space that was empty except for a few small appliances (crockpot, hand mixer, etc) made a great space to organize ALL of our snacks etc. The hosts were great with communication and followed thru with all follow up and communication. We made wonderful family memories on this multi family vacation. Thank you to Ursula and Eric.

Misrepresented & Worn Out

The pictures shown are old, and in no way represents what is correct now. The furniture and beds are old and worn out. The home was dirty, and we had to call the landlord when we first arrived. There was food in the sinks, hair and dirt on the stove, refrigerator was dirty, floors and windows were dirty. For the property we thought we leased vs what we received was a rip off and we never would have rented it. There should be a refund and Verbo visit the property and her ability to do this to other people!!

Beautiful home, has everything needed. Small beach 6 minute walk, 2 minute drive within community. Sandy, very gentle slope. Great for everyone. Other beaches, trails 5-15 minutes away. Wisconsin Dells 30 minutes away. Nice brewery in Mauston. Restaurants a bit spotty, but eatable. Ursula very responsive. VRBO went down shortly before we arrived and able to reach her quickly via cell to get in. Reached out a couple other times and always quickly responded.

Amazing Vacation house

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It was clean and very well appointed. The owner was responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect. If you are looking to vacation in this area, I highly recommend this home. We hope to stay here again.

Castle Rock 2022

Ursala is a wonderful host. She even checked up on us after she found out that we had a brief power outage. House is as listed. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and yet close enough.

Fun Family Retreat

Our family of 12, including 3 teenagers and 3 younger grands, was extremely comfortable in this beautifull sprawling home. With multiple levels , we were able to spread out and enjoy ping pong, cooking, peaceful deck sitting, and video and yard games. The house is well appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic and the star gazing kept us entertained every night. Thank you Ursula and Eric for being so easy to work with in making our family reunion dreams come true!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

We spent a long weekend at this remarkable property for my brothers 53rd birthday. The house was perfect! Beautiful and spacious, warm and welcoming! Ursula was a fantastic host and everything was better than expected. We cannot thank you enough for allowing our group of 7 to spend a glorious winter weekend in this beautiful cabin. The entire group raved about every aspect. It was a true delight!
