We had a wonderful time staying in this VRBO. The location was quiet and easily accessible. The staff was so very helpful, friendly, polite and accommodating with any request we had - even needing notary services. Everything was 5-star quality. This will be a regular stay for us!!

Misleading

While it was a clean, one bedroom as advertised, ALL of the photographs were misleading. We were greatly disappointed. We feel like it was a classic bait and switched.We WERE DISAPPOINTED.

So just like the other reviews say, none of the pictures in the listing were the property we were assigned. We had rented a 1 bed/1 bath and did receive a free upgrade to a 2 bed/2 bath that was lovely. The kitchen was the largest that we’ve seen at any of the rentals in CMV. We were also near the big pool so that was nice. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The only amenity in the description that our rental did not have is a washer/dryer - but I may be the only one that does laundry on vacation. We would definitely stay here again. We also completely avoided the timeshare people in the lobby. They say you need to see them for a parking pass but you give your car’s year, make and model to the front desk so the property is aware of your vehicle and the vehicles of anyone staying with you AND if you have more than one car, the timeshare people never ask or offer an additional parking pass so I think it’s just a bogus excuse to get you to talk to them.

Resort Feel

My 2nd time staying at this resort. I received a small upgrade from what I initially reserved. A one bedroom townhouse was perfect for our needs. There are plenty of things to do on the property, which is the draw for me. (5 pools, putt putt, golf, Mulligans bar and grill, fishing etc.) *My only complaint is the body wash and hair conditioner was empty upon arrival. It was immediately replaced. Also only (1) roll of toilet paper was provided. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

Great location, beautiful nature

I never leave a review, but this time I had to. If I do, I only leave positive ones. The area is beautiful and there is a lot of fun things to do. We have not realized that this is a Bluegreen vacation center - we should have done a better job searching around. First, after arriving late evening, they didn't find our reservation by our name, only by the reservation number. Then they gave us a very tiny apartment, which was clean and neat, but nothing like in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, kitchen is equipped. Living room was small together with the kitchen. No patio at all (not like in the pictures). Our condo didn't have a central AC, so the two units (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) were pretty loud and it was hard to sleep. If you like Bluegreen vacation homes, this is for you. But it was loud, noisy with the neighbors' kids jumping above our condo's second floor and next door neighbor fighting each evening. The area is beautiful, so if you don't spend a lot of time in your condo then it's fine. I give a 4star because I hate to bring down other people's business, but we will not be back.

Good simple townhouse.

It was convenient to commute to the dells fun. The property was clean and had enough room for two adults and two young kids. We enjoyed it and would consider coming back in winter for skiing.

Wonderful property. The one we got was not the same as the photos on the listing but it was nicer.

We had a great experience and stay. The property far exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again. The one negative was that we got a lot of noise through the shared wall with our neighbor and could hear them talking very clearly up in the bedroom. We also got light from the shared neighbors through the upstairs bedroom window.. The AC also did not reach the upstairs very well and it was pretty hot up there.
