The Lily Pad is your perfect escape from it all just minutes from Wisconsin Dells. Situated on a small private lake, this beautifully finished, BRAND NEW A Frame has got it all. As you enter, you'll get a tantalizing glance of the pretty water view at the rear of the home. The main floor features a bedroom, full bath complete with a rain head, tiled and glass door shower, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen with custom bar, dining area and living room. There is a large loft with sleeping for 5 and a half bath. The views from here as well as the kitchen, dining area and living area are beautiful through the large wall of windows. In the back yard, you'll find a hot tub that is available for use all year long, a lovely paved patio with seating and a grill, a paved fire pit area and a dock with seating to enjoy the tranquil lake. **Please note that the lake is beautiful to look at and perfect for fishing or kayaking but not suitable for swimming. Also, on Saturday evenings during the warm months, there may be races at Wisconsin Dells Speedway which is about a quarter mile away. Race noise may be significant during the races.**
