Located just minutes from Wiscasset, this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath riverfront home on Westport Island is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the best of Midcoast Maine.

Take in peaceful Back River views throughout the home, relax in one of two seasonal sunrooms, enjoy dinner outdoors, or spend the afternoon in the spacious yard. With opportunities for fishing, wildlife watching, grilling, and evenings around the firepit, this home offers plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors without ever leaving the property.

Living Area

The bright and welcoming living room features cathedral ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase the surrounding scenery. After a day of exploring, settle in for a movie on the 65-inch smart TV.

During the warmer months, both seasonal sunrooms offer peaceful spaces to relax or work while enjoying beautiful river views. Samsung curved monitors with HDMI connections are also provided for guests who may need to work remotely during their stay.

Kitchen & Dining

The well-equipped kitchen includes a full suite of appliances, ample cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Gather around the dining table, with seating for six, for family dinners, morning coffee, or a leisurely meal after a day on the water.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely river views, and direct access to a seasonal sunroom with alfresco dining and a door leading to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and access to another seasonal sunroom featuring a desk and beautiful views of the river.

The third bedroom is furnished with both a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.

A second full bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower.

Outdoor Living

The spacious backyard sits along the scenic Back River and is surrounded by the natural beauty of Westport Island.

Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout, try your luck fishing for striped bass, or simply relax and watch for bald eagles, osprey, and the occasional seal passing by.

As the sun goes down, gather around the wood-burning firepit and enjoy a quiet Maine evening by the river.

Guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles.

Please note that the decorative wood-burning fireplace inside the living room is non-functional and is not available for guest use.

A community dock and boat ramp are also located a short stroll from the home, making it easy to enjoy a day on the river.

House Rules & Helpful Info

-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.

-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

- No Parties are allowed or a $500 additional cleaning fee will apply.

-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins.

-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Maine. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.

-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $1500, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)

-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.

Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use.

If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.

Private Wells & Septic Systems: Some of our homes use private wells and septic systems.

-Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

-Avoid driving on the lawn, as pipes run underground.
