overall great place with one exception
Very comfortable, good beds, sofas. Only issue was we were unable to get the tv to link with either internet or tv single. Spent hours on it. Needs to have better step by step explanation on how to get it to work

Cozy Cabin
What a wonderful cozy place to relax after skiing and cook dinner. The only thing more we would ask for is clearly marked community trail for just short outings. Otherwise it was wonderful and near fabulous Methow Valley trails!

Exactly what we needed!
Beautiful and quiet property. Newer build. Place was very clean and had several extras. Beds were comfortable. 30 min drive to several large trailheads in the cascades along highway 20. We definitely would recommend to our friends and family who visit the area in the future!

The property was very nice and well equipped. It could’ve had some additional cooking spices that would be basics. The major problem we had was with mosquitoes when we tried to sit outside. Overall a great experience.

Great all around place!

Comfortable home for family vacation
The house is clean and comfortable. It was well equipped for our family to enjoy a week-long snow vacation. The gas fireplace is cozy. Appliances are new and worked well. The kitchen has all the basic implements to cook at home. The location is very quiet and close to Mazama and Winthrop trails.

Sorry to hear that you couldn't find the community trail. The arial map and directions are in the property binder. The trail is usually very easy to spot as you enter the development but I'm guessing with the unusual amount of snowfall this year it may be blocked from view because of the snowbank created by the plowing of the roads.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Within a neighborhood but still private. Easy access to Visit Winthrop and Mazama. Would recommend a visit.

Lovely rental
We enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed. This is a great find and we would go back and highly recommend it to others.

Great Getaway
Great getaway. Loved the location. Warm feeling as soon as you walk through the door. 45 min from the Cascades. Quite and very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Con - slow internet.

Tony’s cabin was sparkling clean when we arrived. The cabin is so comfortable and spacious..For us the location was perfect..close to north cascades, Mazama and Twisp. Tony was totally courteous and responsive to any of our questions. Would definitely go back!!!!!

Beautiful Cabin
Very clean, nicely appointed home. Quiet location with neighbors, but none that are too close. Owner was responsive and was easy to work with. Only complaint was the queen size bed in primary bedroom could use an upgrade. Was adequate, but seemed a little small for two grownups. Would highly recommend this unit for future vacations.

Cozy & Clean
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is in a great location and exceptionally clean. It is very cozy and relaxing inside. This is our second time back! The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the mattresses on the beds are not very comfortable- spring mattresses that are super bouncy which hurt our backs after a couple nights.

Lovely quiet winter getaway
Wonderful seitting in the woods. Very private. House was nicely appointed and equipped. A lot of space. Comfortable bed and good living space and kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very convenient access to Mazama cross country ski trails. Even possible to walk a few minutes and get on a wonderful trail System. We also had some nice snowshoeing from the cabin. We highly recommend this property.

Great home, great location
This Alpine Woods cabin was perfect for our short getaway. It’s conveniently located off highway 20 with easy access to Winthrop and the North Cascades National Park. The cabin was exceptionally CLEAN!! The linens were in like new condition. All the appliances were modern and in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to move right in and set up housekeeping. The instructions for finding the cabin and checking in were clear and easy to follow. Everything about this cabin rental was outstanding and we will definitely stay again if we are back in this area. Rent this cabin if you get the chance - you will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
I stayed at the Alpine Woods cabin with my husband and baby, and we had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The property manager responded quickly when we had a question, and we would definitely stay here again!

Comfy cabin in the mountains
Beautiful setting, great location, easy access to nature and local amenities. There was a water main issue the first night, which was unfortunate. However we had regular communication with the property owner who provided timely updates. The cabin is near several other homes, but it still felt like a very private experience. Would recommend, and would stay again.

Fall Getaway in the Methow Valley
The cabin was just what we'd hoped for. It was located between Winthrop and Mazama - a reasonable walk to the Mazama Country Store which was the most amazing culinary find in such a remote area. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and restful - just what we needed to refresh, relax, and hike during the day.

Alpine Woods Cabin
This was our 3rd stay at the Alpine Cabin and was, as before, a wonderful experience. The location is perfect to enjoy the upper Methow Valley and take in the fall colors along the numerous hiking trails. The cabin is great- we especially liked the additional kitchen supplies!

Very Comfortable Cabin
We have, over the years, stayed in many VRBO properties. This cabin in Mazama was one of the cleanest we have seen. Much appreciated by us. Although we didn't do much cooking, all the pots/pans, knives, etc., were available. I have one suggestion: to have a king-sized bed in the master bedroom.

We really loved this cabin. It was comfy and spacious for our family of 4. Loved the hammock and outside space how peaceful it was. Fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. Loved the Mazama store nearby. Great for relaxing or as a base for exploring North Cascades (about an hour away).

a lovely cabin in the woods
We checked into this cabin a week after the heatwave in Seattle, and I knew it was still going to be hot in Winthrop, so I was a little worried about how warm the cabin would be. I emailed Tony and he let me know that there are fans in every room, so I didn't need to worry. The cabin is in a beautiful wooded neighborhood, and is very comfortably appointed. The internet was down for the whole time we were there, so that was a little disappointing (couldn't watch movies), but there's nothing you can do about that - and Tony communicated the status updates to me, which is always helpful. There's a lot to do in the area and I would definitely make a return trip to this cabin

Amazing place to visit North Cascades National Park
This place is everything that you see on-line. Very clean, well equipped, lots of room, quiet area to relax in. We stayed in late June for two nights while visiting North Cascades National Park. We chose to be in the NW during what was now the hottest June on record and even with that because the house is really shaded and has fans in all rooms, we were fine in the evenings and sleeping. The house has everything you will need for cooking and enough room for the 4 of us to be together and still have our own space. It is easy to find and is not far from Winthrop (Great little town). If you are in the area and are looking for somewhere to stay I can highly recommend this place. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your VRBO.

Comfortable cabin
This is a comfortable cabin in one of the most magical places in Washington - the Methow Valley. We enjoyed sunny days of snowshoeing, and reading in front of the gas fireplace with the snow piled high outside the windows.
