"property was perfect. Pool, spa were fine on weekend but should have been allowed for use on Monday. No announcement was made of this fact on website. In addition notice was made that combinations for access were changed but no mention of why. I assumed they were routine for security and went to use pool and called management and was told it was now closed for the week.Communication breakdown for sure.
