"Yo reserve una habitación con jacuzzi, cuando llegue al hotel la habitación me la dieron sucia me queje en recepción y me dijeron que no habían disponible, me cambiaron a otra habitación que la llave no servía, tuve que volver a recepción y me dieron otra habitación que no era la que yo reserve por 125$ me dieron una más barata y ni expedia y nj el hotel me hicieron la devolución de la cual la habitación costaba 80$ Pésimo servcio de ambos, tanto de expedia y como del hotel "
