Casas de vacaciones privadas en Winterset

"Fantastic property for larger families or groups. Our group was 5 adults and everyone had their own bed. There are 3 bathrooms which was great; plenty of nice towels. Two living/gathering areas inside and an outdoor deck with table/chairs. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, drink ware, and basic needs. Decor was very well done and interesting. Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown."

"Great place to stay. A high quality space with beautiful landscaping. A coffee maker would have been nice."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. It was also well-equipped that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was fantastic, safe, and perfect for families. One of our favorite features was the nearby park, which was wonderful for the kids and gave them plenty of space to play. The home is located on a very busy road, so there is some traffic and traffic noise, but it...

"This suited our needs in preparation of our daughter’s wedding so our immediate family could all be together. Maybe the lawn could’ve been freshly mowed for easier outside games. The house was clean and nice and fit our needs. Thank you."

"Great accomodations! Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful property. Highly recommended!"

"We had to cancel our trip as we were involved in a car accident in GA. This is why you buy travel insurance. Hope to visit sometime in the future."

"Wonderful old home beautiful patio and flowers pond and bull frogs only complaint speaking floors upstairs ..but is OLD house otherwise very very nice clean and comfy HOME"

"Where to even start! Lori has obviously had experience with what travers need! We flew in, and were in the area for our son’s wedding. Fresh farm eggs, and more snacks and condiments, and fresh rolls, etc. we were not able to enjoy even half the yummy things her kitchen was packed with. And the farm and animals were obviously well kept and happy. I will have to find a reason to go back. I would give it a 200 out of 100 if I could! Just go sit in the peace, and watch the chickens. Thank for...

"We absolutely loved our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet."

"The house was good, the AC was great, walking the dog in the neighborhood was great. Awesome host with clear communication. Thanks, Matt!"

"The place was in a very nice neighborhood, and the property matched the listing to a tee. Communication with Matt was timely and we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend. "

"We were impressed with the home immediately when we walked in. It was comfortable, well stocked, decorated neatly, and the deck was fantastic. We were all hoping it wasn’t so hot, because the fire pit looked extremely inviting. We would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were great about communication and were attentive to the needs/desires of our group. Our group was comprised of all different ages and the home had a little something to offer everyone: games for kids, outdoor sitting area for adults, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the stay was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area!"

"Perfect location! Host responded quickly. Would book this home again."

"The property did not match my expectations based on the listing photos. Upon arrival, there was a strong stale and musty odor throughout the home that I found difficult to tolerate.I also observed several maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including a missing outlet cover with exposed wiring, multiple exterior-access doors that were unlocked, paint spatter in various areas, visible dust buildup, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and an overgrown yard with trash present.I understand that...

"Would have been nice to know there wasn’t any wash cloths, hand towels and towels. If they were available where are they located? Otherwise the stay was great. Comfy pillows!!"

"This was a perfect place for an overnight getaway! Haley was great to work with and has thought about all the little touches that makes this a unique place. Had originally planned to bring our dog, which was one reason I chose this spot. We didnt end up bringing him, but he would've loved the open space. Place is new and clean! Wish our stay could've been longer, as we didnt get to enjoy the bar and firepit, as it was too windy."
