Desde el 4 al 7 de enero tuvimos 6 problemas serios. El ascensor no funcionaba y nos dijeron que lo arreglarìan al dìa siguientes. Una de las huesped con problemas de movilidad . Averiguamos y habìa dejado de funcionar el 31 de diciembre y la compañìa estaba de vacaciones. No nos despertaron en ningùno ...

Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
Not impressed that check in times state 4pm, but could not check in until 4.45 after having to argue with the desk as our room was still not ready for us (given alternative rook) because cleaner was still there (i saw them still working on the room we were supposed to have) at gone 5pm .

Luxury villa for 22 people with pool, jacuzzi, large garden and private pub!
The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.
