The living room is fully furnished, featuring a cozy seating area where you can unwind while watching your favorite series on the Smart TV. Additionally, there is a comfortable single box spring bed (90x200 cm) for extra flexibility.The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine—allowing you to prepare meals just the way you like.The main bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200 cm), along with a sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix access. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90x200 cm). Both rooms include bedside tables, reading lights, and ample storage space for your belongings.The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with an integrated shower, a sink, and a toilet.Step outside onto the partially covered terrace and take in the breathtaking views of Winterberg’s stunning mountain landscape.For outdoor enthusiasts, a dedicated storage room is available for mountain bikes, with the option to rinse them off after an adventurous ride through Winterberg’s scenic trails. During winter, you can also store some of your ski equipment here.Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a baby cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair. Please note that pets are not permitted.Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment—a rare feature in Germany!Our charming apartment is ideally located near Erlebnisberg Kappe, with the ski lift, bike park, ski school, and restaurants just a short walk away. Nestled in a picturesque setting, Silbach is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, located just 8 km from the renowned Winterberg ski area. Numerous hiking trails begin right at your doorstep, including the famous Rothaarsteig, perfect for extended treks. If you prefer a guided experience, the local tourist office in Silbach can provide information on available tours.

The village itself offers a selection of restaurants, while Winterberg, just a short drive away, boasts a variety of shops, boutiques, and dining options. A free bus provides convenient transport to the town center. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, the region offers plenty of other activities, including swimming and sailing.

A deposit of €100 is required via a SEPA authorization form. This form will be sent to you in advance and completed at check-in. By signing, you authorize us to deduct up to €100 in case of damages or incidents. If no deductions are necessary, the authorization will automatically expire.The rental price includes energy costs.Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and will be listed in your reservation details and/or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately upon request.Young groups and parties are not permitted.
