The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle, offering everything you need for meal preparation.The main bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and shower.Outside, you’ll find secure parking for your car, as well as safe storage for skis and bicycles.

Surrounded by magnificent nature, this accommodation is an ideal base for an active and relaxing holiday in every season. Mountain bike enthusiasts can take on the challenge of the nearby trails, while hikers can explore the beautiful landscapes and the magical Hochheide.
Within walking distance, you can reach the Hillebachsee, where there is plenty to enjoy during the warmer months. Activities include water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, and more.
In winter, the area becomes a paradise for snow lovers. You can ski and go sledding in Niedersfeld or head to the popular Winterberg ski area, known for its excellent and snow-sure slopes. By car, it takes only around 10 minutes to reach the ski slopes. The Winterberg ski lift is approximately 8 km away, the bobsleigh run in Winterberg is 9 km away, and the famous Kahler Asten is located around 12 km from the apartment.
Niedersfeld is especially popular with travellers who enjoy mountain hiking, scenic landscapes and peaceful nature. The centre of Winterberg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. A bus stop is located in front of the house, offering easy access to the local centre of Niedersfeld. Additional shops are within a 5-minute walk.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
