Great Property!
Stay was great. Condo was roomy, clean, and as posted in the listing. Access to the Rec Center was an added bonus! Would stay here again.

Great vaca!!
Loved the location of this property along the river with great views and nearby trails. Owners were very responsive and helpful with questions. Great memories made here :)

Winter paradise

Great ski trip
My adult daughter and I stayed for 4 nights to go skiing at Winter park. It was a great time. The condo worked very well. Very clean unit and the check in was easy with the code to the door. The rec building was close and very clean with 3 nice hot tubs that felt very good at the end of the day. The public bus system made it very easy to not have a car. I would just say be warned that the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but we had a great time.

Excellent condo!
Had a great stay at this condo in Winter Park. Awesome views and close to downtown. Probably walkable if it isn’t so cold but less than 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants.

Nice Getaway
Very clean and convenient place to stay. We really appreciated the kid friendly set up with bunk beds and some books/toys. Close to both downhill and cross country ski areas. We would stay again.

Three wonderful nights in Winter Park CO
The unit was well maintained and the interior had all the essentials we needed and more. Family members had other units in Winter Park and Fraser; we comfortably hosted Christmas dinner for 11 in our unit. We recommend this VRBO. Ron H.

Amazing spot!
This is a beautiful area with great views out of the all of the windows! Everything was clean and comfortable! The bus to the ski area is super convenient. It’s a great spot for a little weekend getaway or for a longer stay.

Perfect location
Although we did not spend alot of time at the property as we were there from a golf tournament. The property we clean and comfortable, great location with access to food and entertainment. Great views of the creek and mountains. Overall a great stay.

Great condo and great owners!
This place was perfect for our family of 4, although we could have easily had a few more. Lots of room and close to everything. I've rented a lot of places, and these were by far the best owners I've ever worked with!

Beautiful view, clean, and great communication
The owners are so nice and were very quick at responding. The views were beautiful and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to coming back one day!

Great Christmas vacation
We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised perfect for our family. We had a party of 8 ranging from the age of 5-18 plus 2 adults. The property was located in a great area right in the heart of all the activities. We had the free shuttle transportation right outside which worked out great. It was an overall great experience. I had great communication with the owners they answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you!!

Family Ski Vacation
Great room. Large enough for 3 teenage boys. Would stay here again. Shuttle but right outside the room.

Winter Park holiday
We checked into our 3rd floor VRBO last Monday. It was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located to town and the ski resort. There were 7 of us and the sofas were comfortable and accommodated all of us, especially after a long days of skiing! We really enjoyed the FP! The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. There was no ski or board storage that we could find so plan for keeping them in your vehicle. Great location.

Thank you for the kind review. The ski and board storage does unfortunately have to be in the vehicle for now. Maybe we can convince the HOA in the future to adjust their rules ;) Hope to see you again!

Perfect Location
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were close to all the outdoor activites we wanted to do. Winter Park was the perfect place to go for a socially distant vacation.

Place was clean, represented accurately in pics, price is great, location is nice with a cool view of a stream and mountains for a back drop. Everything worked and we had a great time.

Great stay.
Only down fall was finding out that the community center and pool were closed for maitence, after booking the rental. However, the owners were apologetic and offered to cancel free of charge. This was a great stay, very clean, well organized, washer and dryer in unit was clutch, bus stop right out front of the building. I would book again and highly recommend to friends. The owners always provided rapid responses of any questions.

My family of 4 just stayed there over christmas break. The condo was well laid out and very roomy. There was lots of room in the kitchen for groceries, cooking and eating. The location was great and getting to the mountain was easy. I would definitely look to stay there again if I return.

Cute, Clean, and Comfortable!
This place was fantastic for our family of five. From the moment you step in, the place felt warm and inviting and very clean! There are 2 sets of bunk beds for kids which they loved, and even a few toys for them to play with. The location was fantastic just a short 10 min drive to ski and downtown was about 5 min. The owners were very accommodating when we need to modify our stay. I would highly recommend staying here for you next trip to Winter Park!

Best in Hi-Country Haus
We have stayed in Hi-Country Haus condos many times. By far, this is the best condo we've had. It is larger than most and better stocked. It is set up for the comfort of home, from portable outdoor chairs and cooler to the large variety of cookware. The location is walking distance to town. The area is quiet, except that the creek was a bit noisy for sleeping because of all the snow and rain this year. But, the view of the creek is wonderful. The owners responded quickly to all of our communication throughout the entire process, from reservation to checkout. We hope to stay again next year.

Nice stay!
Advance communication was timely and accurate. The property was centrally located, comfortable and clean. We loved the fact that it was right on the river! We were out all day and were only at the property to sleep but the given more time it would be nice to just hang out and relax there.

It was a great stay and a beautiful view.
It was very comfortable and cozy living area and bedrooms. The washer and dryer was very convenient bonus inside the condo. We used the hot tubs at the rec center each evening following skiing. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay! We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Property was set up very well. Great location. Owners need to mention that there is coffee pot in unit. Would have liked to know that ahead of time. We had a great time! Bunk room was great for the 4 teens.

It is a wonderful property for children. It was a little harder for adults to sleep in bunk beds, but we knew the bedding situation when we booked. The property is older but well maintained, and the managers couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
We took a last minute trip and couldn't have been happier with our condo we stayed in! The river runs right below and is so relaxing to listen to. It had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and was very roomy and clean. Location was good, we actually walked into town and it wasn't that far. Only thing is I wish I had brought our camping chairs to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to come back to after a day of hiking.
The kitchen was well equipped for us to make our meals. The indoor pool and whirlpool were a great way to end the day. Sleeping with the sound of the rushing brook right outside our window was the best!

Wonderful Property
Property was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The recreation center is awesome - it was nice to sit in a hot tub and relax after a day of skiing and the kids loved the pool. Location of the property is great and the bus picks you up right outside the unit!

Great 2Bd condo in Winter Park
We really enjoyed our stay in this condominium and it was one of our most memorable winter vacations. These are the things we liked about the condo: 1. It was clean - it looked like the place was recently renovated with new flooring and paint throughout 2. Convenient location - the condo is located about two blocks from the Main street and downtown shops and restaurants. It is in proximity to a brand new grocery store as well. We walked with kids to store and Hideaway park. Free shuttle (Blue line) stops right in front of the condo. 3. Quiet - this condo is located on the top floor and it is an end unit. Very quiet. 4. Furniture was very comfortable. 5. Fast internet and cable TV with lots of channels available. 6. Washer and dryer is available inside the condo - very convenient if you come with a family or small kids. 7. Full kitchen - everything you would need for cooking meals. 8. Condo was spacious and we loved a large sturdy kitchen table where we ate our meals. 9. Views - condo features lots of windows with some great views of the mountains and the Main street. It is very cozy. 10. Affordability - we felt that this was reasonably priced in comparison with other places in Winter Park. Overall, we highly recommend it and we would stay there again if we visit Winter Park in the future. The owner was very responsive to our questions and messages. Great condo for our winter getaway
Our group (4 adults and one 5 year old) felt right at home in this condo the moment we entered. The natural lighting in this top floor, end unit gave it a great feel. We liked the open floor plan of the living room, dining area, and kitchen as we cooked meals, hung out, and watched our son enjoy building with the legos from the kids' room. We brought our own board games and liked having the big dining table to play on. We were also pleasantly surprised to find even more games in the cupboard, and enjoyed an epic game of Chinese Checkers. Patrick and Amanda were perfect hosts, sending detailed directions and arrival instructions, in addition to checking in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
