The condo was good - plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were nice. There is no open restraunt or bar on site. The pool table was broken and missing 5 balls. :( The owner of the condo was very helpful and answered my calls promptly. Overall was good place - would stay again.

Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed the hot tubs and pool and lounge area before we checked in. Not too bad of a location, bus stop right outside. The only thing I noticed was there wasn’t a ton of towels and pots were worn out.

Cons: Cleaning crew was still there at 5:30 when we got there even though check in was at 4 Dishes were in dishwasher from previous renter Bar down stairs was never open but was pictured in advertisement No elevator to second and third floor once in condo buildings Needs pizza cutter (not big deal, but we could have used one) :) Pros: shuttle accessible to park city. Indoor parking with ski lockers Coin machine for washer/dryer/games Games: shuffle board, pool table, air hockey etc Room was clean and perfect size for our small group. In center of town, close to shops and ski resort Overall, we went for skiing with adults only and was a great time. If kids were with is, the shuttle process may have been a lot so would have probably just drove to ski resort instead.

This two bedroom unit is recently remodeled with new flooring, ceramic tile in bathrooms, alder doors, newer kitchen appliances and cabinets. Fully stocked and ready for meal prep. The overall building is about 40 years old and it feels like this unit is one of the more updated units. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna available in the common area. Located in in the town of Winter Park but far enough from the main restaurants that it’s not walkable in the winter. Life shuttle is very close and is very convenient. This place is a very good option and a great value. The property manager/owner was very available and accommodating to all your questions.

Price point and location are great for access to Winter Park. However, we booked this condo which is at Silverado II Condominiums and were switched to a different property without notice. Upon arrival we checked into this property only to find it dirty. We reached out to Property Manager with no response. Contacted front desk with no answer, had to call emergency number and that is when we were told we were in the wrong unit. We had to pack up and move to fort her up walking stairs only to a unit which was a queen and 2 twins. However, we booked a long and 2 full size. Overall not terrible, but property manager didn't get back to us until the next day and when I asked about inconvenience she never responded. To note the condos themselves were k ie. it the building is very outdated and never saw front desk open in the 4 days we were there.

This place could have so much potential if a few things were addressed. First let's talk about sleep. After a fun but exhausting day on the slopes a good nights sleep is important. Sadly you won't get it here with all the very old, terrible mattresses and I mean all 3 beds. All of us complained about how awful they were. Next, although the location had a ski storage space in the garage there was no key mentioned nor supplied, so we had to lug all our equipment up and down each and every time. What a pain. Lastly it's the small things that matter; I received two emails from owner which was great however there were two different codes given for the entry door - glad I had all the emails with me. When renting a VRBO things like salt are helpful, not a major issue but a well stocked place makes the experience all that much better, right? So how about some positives? Well the space is nicely decorated and furnished, you can tell the owner has taken care of their investment - other than those beds ;) The over all building that houses all of these condominiums was probably nice in the 70's but is definitely showing some wear and the hot tub/pool could use some help. So would I stay here again? Because of the beds I would definitely not, that was a major issue causing poor sleep and feeling exhausted the next day on the slopes.

Confusing to navigate to the actual room, initially, as the condo is a part of a series of buildings. Once we grasped the layout, getting to the room was pretty simple. Staff was very helpful and the condo itself was very nice. After our time on the mountain of Winter Park, it was a great to relax and spend time with family in the two bedroom and two bath condo. This location is close to downtown Winter Park and Fraser, along with a plethora of outdoor activities and sites to see. We look forward to staying is this awesome condo, again. Thank you.

This condo is spacious, laid out nicely, with nice furnishings. However, there are a couple of issues that would make me not stay here again. One, there is no sound insulation. At night, the train goes by at all hours of the early morning, and it is loud and woke us up every night. Two, even if a bedroom door is shut, you can hear people very loudly from the main room. Three, there was no curtain on the sliding glass doors out to the balcony from the main room. Five, there was no tea kettle, which would have been nice to have. Six, the unit can not be accessed without walking up a flight of stairs. So, other than skis, you need to carry everything up that flight of stairs. Seven, we could not access any local TV stations on the TV.

On the bright side: The rooms of the apartment are proper sized, there is a garage and the ski bus stop is right there. So it could become a really niche apartment. However, there is a really need for updating the whole bath rooms, doors and door frames of the bath as there must have been a water damage. Also the sofa had a 10 inch area ripped open when we arrived.

Nice place, I would recommend this to any small family with a budget in mind. Close to all in winter park food,skiing,shops. Parking indoors was very nice and easy to get to the room from garage. Could use some updates but had more in the condo then expected. Two awesome decks with great views! Keep in mind no elevator to room, you have to walk up some stairs not bad.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. As some reviews state, the property could use a little TLC/upgrades but to us, for the price, it had all we needed as a family of four. The second bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds so you could comfortably sleep 6. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked and all the rooms had nice views from the windows. Having the indoor pool and hot tubs were nice as well. What's even better is the free Lift shuttle bus picks up and drops off right in front of the complex. No having to walk 100 yards to another bus stop. Dawn was very responsive and easy to deal with as well. The covered parking is a nice perk as well. Overall if you're ok with simple comforts for a good value, this is a really great option.

This condo is in an excellent location, centrally located near the downtown Winter Park area and not too far from the ski hill. Another plus was a very comfortable king sized bed. Unfortunately, the upkeep on the condo was not what we expected. Many Winter Park owners take great care of their rental units. This unit has wood trim with peeling paint, a bathroom with a warped door frame (more peeling paint), and a barebones equipped kitchen. The entire living space flooring is tile. It is nice tile, but it is cold and hard. The bedrooms are carpeted with a very thin carpet. There was mold on the door frame of one of the showers. The leather (?) couches are also cold and the love seat was worn and peeling.

Stay was fine. Dishes were sparse. Oven smoked when we cooked pizza, and knob in master bathtub continued to fall off. Tub is also clogged. For the money, though, good place to stay.

The Silverado II is located right on the ski bus route at the end of the driveway. Easy access to downtown and W.P. resort. I recommend renting a SUV as we did. The town keeps the roads well maintained, but if you are a family that does not like to sit around like us rent a vehicle. ( It snowed over 2 ft the first of the year, that why you are their to have a winter vacation.(Christy Sports was great for renting skis and snowshoes, The Ditch downtown had great bar and grill food, so did the Mexican restaurant above the square downtown, Safeway grocery store is short drive away. The French restaurant is excellent(breakfast outstanding, free sledding in town for the kids) Highly recommend snowmobile and dog sled tour. (The condo has new appliances and the (Hot water is excellent) great view from the master bedroom. (No its not brand new but if you travel as much as we do you are on vacation for the activities, The condo is well kept and Dawn is easy to work with(could not get in, called her right up and I was inside in a second.( Thanks Dawn )I would diffently stay again if I am in town.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were even granted a white Christmas morning! You can't beat that! Plenty of space to accommodate our family of 6. The lift picked us up at the drive way entry way and dropped us off at the cabriolets.(I think this schedule is only during the holiday week, other wise you'd need to take two shuttles) Great views from all sides of the condo! Parking garage which was great to have since we had 2 days with plenty of snow fall. During our stay we had no issues, everything ran smoothly. The town is a short drive down the road to enjoy a drink or a meal. Meals are pricey though and long waits, call ahead for reservations. We would have really appreciated a suggestions list or a do's and don'ts(which we have received at other properties we've rented) especially for us newbies. A list of what items to find in the kitchen and bathrooms would be helpful. Property is exactly as the pictures. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Dawn, we had a magnificent Christmas!

The condo is very convenient to downtown WinterPark, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo was clean and comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were having to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs, and Condo could use some new paint. Would we stay there again? Yes . I would recommend this Condo. If you stay make sure to ask about walking trail to town, only takes 5 minutes and puts you in the heart of WinterPark, very convenient .

Condo was functional but very run down. Dirty pots and pans in cub board and overall was dirty. More appropriate for some college kids!
