Great Studio that is Convenient to Gondola

We enjoyed our stay in this relatively spacious studio condo. Small kitchen had everything we needed. King bed was comfy. Good wifi and provided access to Netflix without using your personal account was a bonus. Convenient access to ski rentals and Gondola. Ski locker on main floor provided easy storage of gear without cluttering the condo. Check in and communication with owner was flawless. Minor drawbacks are longer walk from elevator to condo than most units and need to keep window cracked to maintain pleasant temperature (temp would rise to about 74 degrees F with windows closed and heat off, even on days outside temp was in 20s). Overall a great place to stay and would do so again without hesitation.

We love this location This particular condo was the smallest one we’ve stayed in yet Some things we loved 1. Great kitchen and cookware 2. Comfy beds 3. Super Easy & Convenient for Skiing

This condo is perfect for skiing, with a 2-minute walk to the gondola. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed included kitchen set-up. Great outdoor hot pool too. Rich was very responsive and the communications and check in/out process was so clear and easy. Highly recommended.

Good for two, four is tight

The condo was nice. Plenty of towels and blankets. Bed and pullout couch were comfortable. We had four people, and once that couch is pulled out, there’s not a lot of space for anything else. The table sits only two. The room got really warm despite turning the heat down to 65. We had to keep the window open to keep it under 70 so we could sleep. There is a portable AC unit, but you need to keep the window open to use it. The owner is very responsive.

Great Location!

This condo unit was in a great location and was everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. Unit was clean and comfortable and it was great to have access to the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Only complaint is that the building itself was a bit confusing to navigate.

Convenient and quiet location

Thorough, timely and proactive communication with host. Easy location for ski-in/ski-out. Roomy ski locker easily fit three sets of ski gear. Great little kitchenette for making quick yogurt and granola breakfast parfaits, cold cut sandwiches for lunch, and a full spaghetti meal for dinner. Comfy beds. To top that off, Netflix binging at the end of an awesome day of skiing when our legs were toast. Perfect for our family of three. Thank you!

Great ski weekend

Very convenient location, nice short walk to the gondola. Room had everything my brother and I needed. Although I am the older brother, I had to sleep on the pull out couch. Other reviews said the sleeper sofa was comfortable, and it actually was. It had a very nice foam mattress. I would say most any adult could get a good night sleep on it. Huge community hot tub. Water was perfect temp and clean. I would 100% recommend this room and property to anyone.

Great Place

Conveniently located right across the street from the slopes. The Winter Park Village right across the street had several restaurants and shops. We ate dinner at The Lime Cantina and Stoney’s Bar & Grill. My family loved both of them. Both had several gluten free (GF) options as well which was good because my daughter has to eat GF. The only complaint about the restaurants is that most of them do not stay open for dinner. Downtown is only about 4 miles away though and has lots of good eating options. The room was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Rich was great in his communication and professionalism. Overall, great experience. Two improvement areas: 1. Wish we had a full size fridge/freezer. ; 2. The unit was always hot and very dry air even with thermostat turned way down since A/C is not an option.

Amazing!

This Vrbo condo was amazing! It truly was 200 yards from the slopes and part of the main base village. The outdoor hot tub/pool was a wonderful way to relax after a full day of skiing. Rich was always available to answer questions and he did so with a great positive attitude! One more really big positive: When I first made this reservation I was a bit hesitant because I did not want anybody to be forced to sleep on a "pull-out sofa". But the "pull-out sofa" was NOT your "Grandma's pull-out sofa". It was a deluxe king bed from Woodley's Furniture. It had something like memory foam and it was level and just the right balance of soft and firm. It was a terrific mattress and might have even been more comfortable than my bed at home! The real bed also got good reviews from our other family members! In conclusion, both beds were great! One alert: The room can be quite warm and it seems that adjusting the thermostat does not help. It was in the single digits outside. So we cooled down the room by opening the windows and breathing the mountain air! It worked well! I would highly recommend this Vrbo condo and this Vrbo owner! I don't think there could be a better place to stay in Winter Park! The whole experience was amazing!

Property was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. The owner Rich was great with communication and clearly an owner who makes an effort to keep his place nice and help out with any renter needs. Great hot tub after a long day on the slopes. You simply walk across a street and you're basically right at the lifts. Arrival and checkout both went smoothly.
