What a mess

WARNING lack of proper management of this place. A good spot if you want access to trails, but there are better. First problem, refrigerator and freezer weren't cooling properly. After a bit of chasing, Vacasa, the site management reached out and offered ice and coolers, but I had already purchased a bunch of ice to keep our groceries food safe. Took a week to fix and I was asked to defrost the entire unit before his arrival.(fridge is still not working correctly likely due to large crack in wall) Week 2, notice of new roof to be installed, entire section of neighborhood was to be roofed within a week(I spoke to the roofer, and was informed if we work on the premises we may experience interruptions, probably best to vacate.) NOBODY seemed to be aware of this, to be honest I am appalled that they let this place be available for rental. None of the other units on the street were available and now I know why. Again, called Vacasa and they said they would relocate us. Tried to move us to another town into a cheaper smaller place, when I declined they said they had nothing else. I spent a day combing properties and found one (Sawmill station 127 - highly recommend) Exterminator let himself into garage unannounced, again no communication. If you have littles or dogs be careful of what gross items lurk under the beds/furniture. Moving units was chaos, again Vacasa failed, maid service showed up unannounced before we could fully get into the new place.

Fabulous place

Great place backing up to national forest. Convenient to town and skiing. Super comfortable with lots of great hang out space. Great communication on logistics and details

Family Spring Break 24

The property is very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of toiletries in the restrooms. There is plenty of space for 2 cars in the garage and one in the driveway. Nice location. Beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again. Suggestions/Information: While bedding is provided, you may want to bring along an extra blanket or two for the beds. Also, I’m not a skier, so I dropped my family off at Cooper Creek each morning and they caught the bus there. It was a super easy pick up/drop off spot, and almost all of the buses stop there! They also have free covered parking if the entire family wants to ride the free bus!

Family Ski tirp

Great property and very responsive host. Views and location are fantastic. Really appreciated the fact that there were plenty of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. It felt like we were at a friend's house. Roomy and cozy at the same time. Critical areas (kitchen, bath and bedrooms) were clean and the host was responsive to some minor cleaning crew issues. Definitely would rent this property again.

Cozy & Comfortable

This was a perfect place for our ski trip. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook our meals. The view out the back door was amazing, especially with all the snow. Tina was amazing with communication. Very fast to respond to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay

This is a great home for a weekend ski trip. There is a large kitchen and gathering space as well as plenty of space to sleep and store ski gear. This home advertises a hot tub but it is not available for guests.

Winter Park Ski

Nice , roomy condo. Plenty of space for our group of 6. LOTS of stairs. We got 6-8 inches of snow and had no shovel. It would be nice to have adult water glasses. Listing did state hot tub- which we did not have access to. Overall it is a great condo- with an ideal location for skiing

Great Family Stay in Winter Park

We took family and grandkids to stay over Christmas and had a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and open kitchen and living areas...plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The two-car garage prevented icing and snow cover on our rentals, which was nice. The house is well furnished and decorated, and the location (just a few minutes from Main St) is convenient yet quiet & private at the end of the street. This is a great choice for a family visit to the Winter Park/Fraser area!

Perfect Base Camp for Winter Fun

The property was accurately described and all parts of the house were more then adequate. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all you would need to cook about anything. We cooked almost every meal there for 7 days. Tina was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. Kitchen is great and we cooked several meals and hung out with friends. Definitely recommend renting this property if you want to get away for a weekend or week!

First time in Colorado

First, the house is really spacious, has everything you may need in the kitchen area. We did have a little trouble with the Nest thermostat the first night it self adjusted and we were freezing. But overall it is a pretty good house. However, I do not recommend it if you trouble going up and down stairs. Also, if visiting during the winter months, make sure your car is equipped for snow driving as if it snows you will have trouble getting up the mountain, as it is not plowed very often since it is a private road. I would recommend it. I would probably rented again juts need to be better prepared.

Great Family Spot

Great family spot close to town and trails. We stayed about two weeks, so had plenty of time to get to know the property. Living area was set up well and had tons of toys. Our three year old loves that. Second living area off the kitchen was convenient as well. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked many meals over our stay and used the grill several times. Lots of random kitchen stuff, but they all added up to complete sets. Beds we're comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Would have been nice to have some box fans for the hotter afternoons like many rentals have, but we made it work and it still got plenty cool at night. Overall great stay. We didn't have any issues come up that required reaching out but the owner did make herself available and sent a welcome message on check in day.

Great Experience

Our family stayed at this property while visiting local family. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was kid friendly, including toys for their entertainment! The location of the property was perfect and the views were amazing! The house provided us w everything we needed to feel like we were at home. Highly recommend for family vacations!

Great location

Located sufficiently close to Main Street but up on the hill with hiking and biking trails a few feet away. Great to have each room with own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Children’s toys were enjoyed by our 3 year old granddaughter…will definitely come back!

Beat the heat getaway

We enjoyed the location with trails accessible right outside the door. My only suggestions would be that the grill could use a thorough cleaning and instructions are needed for the television in the family room.
