Great stay!

Property was great and host was very communicative. The location was awesome too, there’s a shuttle stop right outside that takes you right to winter park resort so we never had to drive. Home was cozy and clean.

Family ski trip

As advertised. Great location for skiing WP. We had no cell coverage at the time (ATT), so make sure you write down your access code beforehand. You may not be able to pull it up on your phone once onsite. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Condo with a Babbling Brook

We loved this condo! It was amazing and had a wonderful view of the snowy trees and a gorgeous babbling brook. Master bedroom was cozy and the condo was spacious.

A favorite destination

This is our second time renting this property. The location is great, close to town yet feels like a world away with the soothing creek just behind the condo. We happened to walk out onto the balcony just as a young moose was crossing the stream below, a thrill for our wildlife loving family. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Creek Front Property

I was hoping to stay near a creek with my husband, three kids, and my parents. This place was so relaxing! You can easily open windows and hear the roar of the creek. When we were there it was rainy so it was quite turbulent. It was fun to walk down and play by the creek and walk over the bridge to the gazebo island. As for the house itself, it was the perfect size for all of us though do not that the queen size bed is in an open loft area so put your earliest risers there. All rooms have nice bathrooms and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as well! All in all a great stay!

Great Ski Getaway

We had a great time staying at this rental. There were four of us that had plenty of room to relax and it had plenty of amenities like cook wear and such. The location is great with the babbling brook in the back and it is not too far of a drive from Winter Park. The unit is on the third floor, but it is actually the same level as the parking lot, so loading and unloading luggage was a breeze. Communication was great with the manager too! I had several questions that were answered very quickly. Having a dryer in house on ski days was a god-send! The only real complaint would be that the parking lot was pretty iced over (bad drainage) and it was hard to drive in without sliding sideways and the potential to fall was always there, so be careful! I would definitely stay here again, next time we come back!

Great cozy getaway near winter park

Great area, rental was clean and ready by time it said it would. Close to everything you need. Parking is great if you have a car but we had a large van so it was hard to park. Everything else was great.

Quick weekend getaway

Wonderful time in winter park with the family! We live in Denver and usually drive back same day but decided to spend the night. This property was perfect for an authentic mountain weekend. Kids loved the creek out back, everything was clean and very cozy! It was a little older but the setting and price made up for it! We will be back.

Great home away from home

Great location. Condo was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The swing and chairs behind the building and along the stream were the perfect place to sit and enjoy nature. The only small issue we had was that the padlock on the garbage dumpster needs replaced. We would definitely book this condo again!!!

Loved the Place

Hi this property was pretty much the same as how the pictures looked. I loved it especially the creek side and the set up of place. Just a few problems with the screen and wasp nest out on the balcony. Someone came to fix the issue but never came back to finish it. Another person came but I told him the other person was supposed to come back! Otherwise it had everything I needed very well stocked! The trash was a pain having to unlock the dumpster but we managed! Also I just wish there was a print out in the unit of * IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR STAY* along with Wi-Fi passwords and things like that! Overall GREAT PLACE YO STAY!
