Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo has lots of provisions for coffee, hot chocolate, and apple cider packets. The location is great and you can easily walk to the shuttle. Since we are from New Orleans, we loved the Mardi Gras decorations too! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the ski mountain. Our family enjoyed the easy walk to the base and the summer activities. The shuttle could have taken us but it was so close we walked. We did use the shuttle to go to town. That was easy and convenient. The home is well appointed and has everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay and the house was excellent: very well set up and we felt very welcome. The location was good as it was close to the base for skiing and only about 500 feet from the shuttle stop. had a beautiful view of the mountain.

Nice Place

Great condo. Close to the lift, its a hike up the hill but once your over the hill you are only 2 minutes from the lift, probably a 8 minute walk in total. Clean place, very spacious. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Close access to ski resort. Not far drive to downtown winter park. Very clean and up to date. Primary bathroom steam shower is awesome. Great view of ski slopes from living room. Possibly will be back to stay there again.

We had the best time at this sweet spot. So many extras here. Cozy and beautiful. It's a short walk to the bus or you can walk to the resort. The home is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and there were nice treats left by the owner. The beds are comfortable great heat. We loved our stay and hope to go back soon.

Always Great

Hummingbirds

Loved the stay. Dozens of hummingbirds throughout the day feeding on the balcony. Lots of stairs in the 3 level home. The train nearby is the only detractor from the propert and our sleep. Lovely home.

Great location to resort and town

4 adults 4 teenagers fit perfectly with privacy for each group. Easy access to Winter Park Resort and Town of Winter Park. We came to escape the Texas Summer heat!! The place was in great shape and have everything you needed to cook and entertain. We would definitely return!

This is a beautiful home and so close to the Ski Resort. We loved our stay here. This home is beautiful very clean, cozy and oh so comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need to cook. I mean everything, spices, flour, sugar etc. The view is great. We loved watching the ski team practice while enjoying morning coffee on the couch. The Fraser trail is nearby also for a beautiful walk or snowshoe. Can't wait to go back. A great trip!

Great Location

We loved this place. So completely comfortable, a well stocked kitchen and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed. They had sleds and a great sled hill across the street. We hardly needed to drive anywhere. The ski resort is right out the window. We walked to the resort a couple of times even though the bus is right down the street. Great steam shower and comfortable beds. The kids loved the roomy bunk room and their own bathroom. Fun times had.

Lovely holiday home

We have always loved staying at this beautiful home, but this was our first holiday visit. The hosts had it cheerily decorated with lights outside and a tree inside, under which were presents for the guests! What a lovely gesture, and what delicious chocolates and cookies . . . thank you wonderful hosts!! We will definitely make a point of staying here during Christmastime in the future.

Amazing stay in a great place

Upon walking into the home, the Christmas decorations (and the gift left by the owner) were the start of an amazing stay. The chalet was perfect for our two families. The home is stocked with everything you need to cook, including two crock pots, great pans, spices/oils, and condiments. All the bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows and the beds were comfortable. The location of the home to the mountain was ideal. The kids loved playing on the snow-covered hill right off the ski run and the skiers loved taking the hill home for lunch and at the end of the day. Overall, great place and I highly recommend.

Never stay here

We had been looking forward to this trip all year. Unfortunately my family got Covid four days before we were supposed to fly to the property. We alerted the host to see what our options were. After the initial response, all of my messages to ask ask about rescheduling and options went unanswered. The host had taken our money and wouldn’t respond further about a cancellation or request for date change as we were devastated we couldn’t fly to CO due to being sick. It is so disappointing, disgusting someone could be so rude, selfish and have such greed to not even respond to an email or provide any communication after taking thousands of dollars. I caution anyone is thinking about renting this property to know the host has no respect or care for their clients, all they care about is your money.

Good option for close to resort; details to consider

Nicely maintained overall and well-appointed kitchen as others have mentioned (check the pantry before going to the grocery store if you can, but also check expiration dates of what’s in there). Great location in terms of proximity to the resort - it’s somewhat challenging in ski boots, but a 5-7 min. hike up a small hill across from the property, over the railroad tracks, and down a short access road lands you at the Gemini lift/ski school area. Worth it not to have to worry about parking at the resort or taking the Lift shuttle (which as of March 2023 was not running consistently or as frequently as pre-COVID). If you’re a decent skier and there’s enough snow on the ground, you may be able to ski most of the way home. They also had a good, if somewhat dated, selection of board games that we got good use from. Couple of things to be aware of / future improvement opportunities for the owners: - The master bedroom faces the resort and the train tracks, which get used by a couple trains a day. Only one woke us up in the early morning but those whistles are loud. - Similarly, there is a guy that plows the street right outside the master bedroom with a Bobcat at 5-6am on days that require it. Better than being snowed in of course, but also pretty loud - light sleepers will want some white noise running. - The first floor room with dual bunk beds may be great for small kids, but the mattresses are really pretty flimsy and my 11 and 14 year old ended up sharing the king in the other bedroom instead. The two king beds are both quite comfortable, but the bunk beds could use an upgrade to be on par with the rest of the house. - Safety point for those that will be in their stocking feet: The hardwood floors are super smooth. My kids and I almost ate it a couple times the first days in different spots. Overall good experience and location. We may opt to try something else next time, especially if we could find same price point with a hot tub.

Awesome Time

We had a great time with friends. Lots of space. Some of had to work a little and there was plenty of space to do that. There is even a quiet workstation with a nice view of the trees in the lower bedroom. Great Wi-Fi. Got things done then on to fun. The location is great, it's was immaculately clean. We really enjoyed our time.
