    Disclosures
    The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Paid garage parking is available for a max of 2 vehicles (NOT included in the cost of lodging). STR license # 017210.

Perfect condo with everything you need! We enjoyed our stay and how close it is to the mountain to ski! Nice covered parking and easy access to the hot tub and grill area. The only annoying thing is the unusually long codes to get in the doors. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Perfect family ski trip

Our family loved our stay. The location was great - just across the street from Winter Park Village - the unit was well stocked with everything we needed, and we were just steps from grills, a fire pit and massive hot tub. We would love to stay here again!

Very nice property and great location

Excellent location

This Fraser Crossing location was excellent. We were able to walk across the street to take a break from skiing, grab lunch, and relax. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and offered everything we needed. The ski lockers were conveniently located off the lobby for easy access.

Perfect Winter Park Vacation

This condo exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, cozy and had everything you will need for a family ski trip. Loved the easy access to the gondola and the villages. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace! Also, you can walk out the patio door and you are right at the hot tub! We would definitely book again.

Perfect ski getaway

What a great couple of days. Location was so easy to get to the mountain. Locker room great for ski equipment and easy access to parking garage. Perfect space for relaxing with family. We cooked in 2 nights and all equipment need to make meals was provided. Definitely had a great trip.

Another Great Stay!

This is the third unit within Fraser Crossing in which we have stayed over the years. Once again, it was a great setting for a relaxing week of family time. The condo had what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Of course, there is some wear and tear that you'd expect in a ski-in/ski-out condo, but it does not detract from the experience. We look forward to staying here again!

Excellent home base for a winter park ski trip

This condo, building, location are ideal for a family visiting winter park. My only criticism would be that the house had very limited supplies (no trash bags, no plastic bags / foil for food storage, 4 total plastic cups) Otherwise, it was a perfectly pleasant stay.

Fun weekend

Great location close to ski lifts. At time of booking I did not realize I had to pay for parking separately and I did not realize hot tub was out of order. It was probably in the listing somewhere but I was in a hurry at time of booking and missed it. Overall we had a great time and was satisfied with the property.

Great Place To Stay

Condo was on the corner with plenty of space. Perfect set up for our children and us. Ski in and ski out. Easy to get to the slopes. Close enough to come back for a quick lunch between skiing.

The condo was amazing, very cozy and clean. Great space for our family with perfect little touches everywhere. We loved the beds, furniture - very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked perfectly (would have liked some sanitizing wipes or cleaner - we just bought some clorox wipes). The balcony hot tub access was awesome. We have no complaints, we had a great time and love being so close to the mountain base. We will be back - hopefully very soon!

Fraser Crossing #3325

Stellar location at Winter Park Resort. Unit was clean, had everything our family (2 young kids) needed! Washer/Dryer in unit was very helpful. This unit has the best access to the hot tub/patio and has awesome mountainside views. Underground parking was easy to get to and very convenient. Could not have enjoyed a better stay with Winter Park Escapes! Look no further if you are wanting to book in Winter Park!

Buckeye visit

FC3325 is a wonderfully located unit suiting 8 guests. It is a breeze to get over to the slopes as well as located on the same level as the hot tub. We really enjoyed the free tickets daily to the gym and tubing hill. Do not hesitate to book your trip using Winter Park Escapes in FC 3325! You can jam to the record player and play lots of board games while enjoying the beautiful Mountain View.

Convenient access to slopes of Winter Park resort

The unit is across the street and around a 150 foot walk to the gondola and chairlift. The ski lockers were very convenient. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Very easy to get to the garage from this unit - the indoor stairwell was right next to the unit and the garage was one floor down.

Wonderful family getaway

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful!! The kids loved the bunk room. The weather wasn’t great so it was nice to have a place to hunker down and play games. That was a great surprise, it was stocked with games for all ages. My only complaint was the hot tub was out of service. Not the condos fault. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very close to the gondola making it so convenient, especially with kids. Very comfy and cozy, fully stocked kitchen, and games/puzzles for the kids. Our only issue was the hot tub right outside the unit not being open even though it was advertised as functioning. We chose this condo for that reason since our kids do not like the hot tub. There was a second hot tub that we were able to use on site.

We love it here. The only thing is that we like to cook and the pots for eggs and cooking are not non stick, so a little better cookware would be lovely. We also like nicer wine glasses, however understand that can get expensive if people break them. That is our only feedback, and we will keep coming back.

Fantastic 2-bedroom condo in Winter Park across from the base

This two-bedroom condo has plenty of room for a large group. The main bedroom is very spacious and the bed and bath are very comfortable. The other bedroom has enough room to sleep four comfortably. The main room has plenty of seating. There is also an outside patio (not used much in the winter I assume), but it does provide easy access to the hot tub (both of which are awesome at both Fraser Crossing & Founders Pointe). The entire condo was clean and we experienced no issues at all.
