Convenient

Located in the heart of Winter Park, right across from the park and activities, very convenient to walk to most everything. The condo has a nice deck overlooking the bustle of the area. Well stocked and very clean. Comfortable and quality furnishings. We enjoyed our stay!

All Expectations Met

This unit met all of our expectations! The images represented the property accurately and it was a spacious and well appointed unit. Strategically located in the Winter Park area. The property management was courteous, kind and prompt on all occasions. We will be returning!

This unit was recommended to us by friends. It was perfect for a long weekend from Denver. Great access to trails, red line bus to the mountain. We will be back. Thx!

The condo was better than expected! Everything was in great shape and fully stocked with anything we might need. We appreciated the personal note of welcome, especially for our dog. The location was fantastic for about anything you want to do in town and we walked to groceries and restaurants at night. Balcony overlooks the park and we enjoyed live music there twice!

Fun in Winter Park

We have stayed at Winter Park for several years and this was by far the nicest place. The apartment was big enough for 6 adults to have privacy. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it daily. The complex had a pool and hot tub that were enjoyable. It is in an excellent location in town next to the town park. The management company contacted us before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

There will be snow!!

Agent Jill, assured me that our grandchildren would enjoy snow for the first time! And did they!!! Daily snow including Christmas Day creating a winter wonderland. Trailhead Lodge 133 was perfect for the seven of us. The view of town and the kid's park was great. A convenient location for trips to the Gondola, sleighride and dog sledding ( Dashing thru the snow) was perfect. We took home memories of God's creation in our hearts!

Great Winter Park Condo

We stayed in this top floor condo for four nights in January. We enjoyed the lofted ceilings and the layout especially of the living room and kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. The only negative was that upon our arrival the elevator was broken but it was repaired by the time we departed. There is some construction next-door which we were warned about, but it would not be a reason to avoid this property. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Trailhead lodge 133

Trailhead lodge133 was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room were very spacious. Everything in the condo had an updated look and in great shape.The lodge is in a great location; close to shops, restaurants and bars. We had a lot of fun going on the sleds down a small hill, which is located at the park by the front entrance. The condo was well stocked with every appliance you would need for cooking and it was very clean upon arrival. The company handling the rental was very nice and went out of their way to try helping us when we left an item there. Thank you for a fun family vacation! :)

Great condo!

Good location in town. Walking trails at the back of the condo complex. Nice clubhouse with pool and hot tub. Condo does get very warm being on the third floor but easy enough to turn off the heat and open a window. The elevator did not work but the stairs are not steep so easily manageable, even with the altitude. Perfect size condo for our group of two couples and one teenager. Well soundproofed as we did not hear any neighboring condos. Nice blinds to block out light for sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen. Can’t think of anything I would change. The management company was amazing to work with. They even accommodated an extra night for us with no issues. Highly recommended!

Great condo in great location.

The condo was nice and spacious. Had everything you need in kitchen. Great views of mountain and winter park ski slope. Great location next to hideaway park. My dog loved playing in the snow at the park and walking on trail down to creek. Easy walk to shuttle but we drove and did the $10 pay parking on most days. Winter park lodging company was very quick to fix any issues we had. I have to say they take excellent care of their clients. We will be back again next year.

Beautiful, spacious, convenient with responsive management

The property was beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The bus to get to and from Winter Park was a short walk from the condo (1 long block). For people like myself who are not accustomed to this altitude and weather however, a car may be best but we aren't used to driving in the snow so I heavily relied on the bus system. I traveled with my mother who uses a wheelchair and so it was a bit tough but we were also able to schedule ride accommodations for her for free through the town. When she was home we took the bus. I don't recall paying anything to get on the bus. There was a McDonalds right in front of the bus stop which made it convenient. There was a grocery store a few blocks up. We did get a few groceries but not much as it was a struggle to pack them in the cold (and they only give boxes). We would have loved to have used the kitchen more; it was a full kitchen with everything we needed to use to cook. Also we needed to stay beyond the checkout time and the property manager accommodated us. The property manager was very responsive from our time of arrival until the very end. Traveling with my mom in a wheelchair in the snow was a challenge and we initially were dropped off at the property manager office by mistake. However, even then they accommodated us and helped us contact the Lift service again to get a new ride. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to return again in the future. MANAGER COMMENTS: So pleased it worked out overall for everyone. It is a challenge to do many things when you're up a altitude compounded with snow and ice! The town shuttle is always free and they have tremendous ADA/Paratransit options too. We are so pleased you could all get together. Do reach out if we can help find just the right spot for another mountain trip!

Great location in Winter Park!

The space was excellent. It was conveniently located to bus routes, restaurants, a wonderful park, and ski rentals. We utilized all of the amenities which included the common hot tub/pool, grill, and games! Everyone was comfortable and happy. Would highly recommned.

Fabulous stay in 133!

My family and I stayed in TH Lodges unit 133 for the month of January. Layout: The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5, plus we were able to bring our dog and even host another family for a weekend. Though it is technically only 2 bedrooms, it feels spacious with the large open single level floor plan. The den has been converted to a third bedroom/sleeping area with a bunk and twin bed, perfect for stashing children ;) We never used it, but there is a pull-out for overflow, too. Amenities: The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The lodging company left nice cleaning supplies and toiletries, and plenty of towels. We loved the lazy boy and comfy beds. Having a ski locker was great, plus there is storage in the condo in a large utility closet for strollers and sleds. The clubhouse and pool/hot tub are nice, and we loved having access to those. Lastly, location: We loved the easy access to town and frequented the restaurants around the corner on Main Street. The ski mountain is only a five minute drive. We hope to return; it felt like home!

Great vacation spot!

The condo was beautiful and inviting with lots of room for our group of 6. The complex had a beautiful clubhouse with a pool & hot tub that we enjoyed thoroughly. Everything we needed was included and all our activities were within walking distance. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. We are thrilled to recommend!!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location

The condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Some small touches that I appreciate include: *plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags (so many rentals expect you to bring your own) *laundry detergent (we don't normally do laundry but this came in very handy) *Salt, pepper and a few spices I also appreciate that there wasn't a long list of things we had to take care of before checking out. The management company was very responsive when we had a small issue and followed up to be sure everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.
