Pictures don't do it justice
The condo is more spacious than we expected. What a pleasant surprise that the "large living space" and bedrooms were actually as described. Everything was nice, right down to a few beers they left for us in the fridge. As a mom with small kids would definitely mention that the bathroom setup is conducive to a pack n play fitting for a baby to have a dark place to themselves, while leaving the shower and second toilet free for the rest of the guests. Now that we've seen it we'd definitely bring our kids back. Only draw back for families would be lack of a kitchen table. Location was better than expected also. Walkable to grocery, liquor store, several restaurants, brewery next door, and coffee shop. Across the street from the Lift shuttle to ski. So convenient and really the perfect weekend.

Nice place
Really enjoyed the condo. Real convenient location for all the town amenities. Nice to have the brewery connected next door. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a table of some sort as we like to play games sometimes. Even a folding table and chairs that can be stored out of the way would be helpful since there really isn’t really a spot for a permanent table .

We do have a folding table next to fridge. Extra chairs inLaundry room. I am sorry you didnt find them. I will be sure to let other know.

Minor complaint
We had a great time. My only minor complaint was that the fridge wasn't clean and there is what looks like mold in some spots.

Kitchen table/Master bed
I did not like the fact that there was not an established kitchen table with chairs there was some sort of fold out plastic table... The worst thing of all was the master bedroom bed I slept on concrete that was more comfortable than that I would definitely change that bed if I were you... We ended up taking off the bunk beds and putting them on the master bed and sleeping that way

Great Location
My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was located across the street from The Olympia lodge (this it's Trailhead now?) where I used to stay years ago and is close to local food and shops with the bus stop is right across the street. The unit was well cleaned and maintained with plenty of room for us. Even a fold out table with chairs to setup a little dining area. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the location: walking distance to restaurants (Hernando’s Pizza 🍕 & Wake’N’Bacon were our favorites!), grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop (Perk - super cute 🥰), spa (Blue Sky Massage - awesome facial & massage!). We would highly recommend!

Beautiful Winter Park Property
Stayed at this beautiful property for a long summer weekend. Within walking distance to everything in town. There was no residual noise from brewery/restaurant next door. This will now be our go-to place to stay in Winter park.

Very nice , clean, well appointed
Enjoyed in- town location and bus to slopes right on the corner. The condo is decorated tastefully and well Maintenances and clean. Had some noise late at night from the adjacent Peak Brewery. The heat was very strong in one bedroom and not in the other , and could Not change or adjust this. Otherwise perfect stay - we will return!

Beautiful renovated space
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was much nicer inside than the pictures showed. The location was very good. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Everything was there to allow us to cook/unwind and relax. Grocery store next door. They have designed spaces that allowed us to charge everything very easily overnight. The shuttle picks up right out front as well.

Great Spot right in town
Nicely upgraded, thoughtfully furnished and supplied with everything you need. Great location for doing dining/shopping, etc. Bus or even walk when the weather allows to the base of slopes. Great experience all around.

Rocky Mountain Vacation
The condo was very roomy and extremely tastefully decorated. I am sure it’s my fault for not noticing in the property description but the unit does NOT have air conditioning. Being from the humid Midwest I assumed it had ac. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and a great grocery store. Lynn was tremendous to work with. Excellent location and lots of room!
We had a great stay at this condo! Much more room than most condos with 2 BR and a perfect location right downtown with everything walkable we needed. Very clean and updated unit. Had everything you could possible need in the kitchen as well.

Winter Park Summer Stay
This is a great condo in the town of Winter Park. Centrally located and very walkable to many things in Winter Park. This is probably a better place to stay in the winter or spring and not in the middle of July. There is no AC in the unit and we could never get the temp in the place below 80 degrees. Overall though, it was a great condo, just not for summer.

Excellent Location
The property was beautiful yet cozy like you were home! The location to the brewery, restaurants, grocery was by far the best! Lynn was super and quick to respond with any questions. Although our stay was when everything started shutting down due to coronavirus, we still enjoyed our self's! Highly recommend. We will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and space in this rental. It was a perfect place to relax after a day skiing and easy to walk to get food, groceries, etc. The owners were incredibly responsible and flexible.

It’s right in the town of winter park, so 5 minute drive to tie lifts or the bus goes by on the highway. Easy walk to several bars and restaurants. Really nice inside. A great place for a quick getaway

Great location, minutes to the ski hill
Very new and clean, reasonably priced. Stores, restaurants and great outdoor music venue within walking distance. Road noise from bedroom was somewhat loud, but with the windows closed at night we could barely hear it. Only recommendation would be to not advertise it as having WiFi, we couldn’t even access Peak’s when we were in the place. Overall was a great place.

Downtown Perfection
This condominium situated in the heart of downtown Winter Park was absolutely perfect for our stay! The condo was spacious, spotless, and had every necessity you can think of. The kitchen was darling and we spent our mornings and our happy hours right there! I highly recommend renting this condo and I know I will be staying there again! Five stars!!

Very nice in downtown Winter Park!
Property was easy to find and clean. Only two concerns: the unit sleeps six, but we only found bedding for 5 beds :( Also, the WiFi did not work, so hard to share our photos from the day. Otherwise, kitchen was nicely stocked, and owner even had some “beverages” stocked for us in the frig...lovely touch! Would definitely recommend this property.

I wish you would have called us regarding the 6th bed. The folded sheets were on the top bunk bed. The unit does not have wifi, that is why it didn't work. The Peak Brewery next door has wifi that sometime works in the unit.

Great location, beautiful condo, attentive owners
The condo is newly renovated and really lovely. The entry is a great place to leave boots, skis etc. The main room was comfy and well equipped. The kitchen was amazing! Very thoughtful of the owners to leave beer, coffee and other drinks for our arrival. Loved the washer and dryer and appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms. The entire condo was well equipped and updated. We did have a glitch with the water heater, but the owners went above and beyond to try to fix the issue. We so appreciate the quick response and attention. The bus stops to the ski slopes were so very close. The grocery store is 1/2 a block away and the restaurants nearby were great. We will book the condo again when we return to Winter Park.

Very comfortable! Loved the shower head in my he bathroom. It was nice of the owners to have coffee and drinks available for us upon our arrival. Nice location and enjoyed going to Randi’s Restaurant across the street. Fun mountain town. I highly recommend staying here!!
