Great Spot and affordable

Very comfortable and a good value. The only negatives were the distance from the hot tub - a bit too far to go in the winter without robes - and the confusion around communicating via the VRBO app where I made the reservation vs the other contact information provided separate from VRBO. It'd be nice if it were all just through VRBO if that's where you book.

The apartment itself was great. Fairly well-stocked kitchen, excellent snow-clearing each day. Easy access to the mountain.My one "con" is that we had asked the property manager the day before our departure if we could check out 1 hour early. They replied by asking us to check with them the morning of the departure. I did that but they never got back to me. :-(

Great Condo!

We had a great stay. We had 6 guests and the condo was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It is in a great location walkable to restaurants in town. My only negative is not the condo itself but that the condo is run by a management company which wants you login to their portal which was confusing and I had to call to figure out parking situation. We were never able to find the hot tub but overall a wonderful stay that I would recommend.

great location and value

there are two buses, the black and blue, that can take you to and from winter park ski resort. Plus, dining options and grocery are walkable. You probably don’t even need a car to stay here. They do require some annoying cleanup before you leave, including that all dishes need to be put away. I don’t see this often on VRBO rentals so be warned.

Great Location

We stayed with our adult kids (5 of us total). Plenty of room and you can’t beat the location. Took a quiet stroll behind the condo along the river, and the city bus pickup right out of the condo unit. Beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the board games that are provided. Loved our stay.

Great location and comfortable condo

The location along the Fraser River is great and we enjoyed all the trails. The recreation center is very nice, but it would have been helpful to have directions to it, including how to use the card pass to open the doors. The condo has a great layout and is well equipped except for a few things: there was only 1 ice tray (no icemaker), and the nonstick pots and pans are quite worn. The carpet is in need of a cleaning. Otherwise the beds and furniture are nice and the bathrooms are great. We enjoyed the views and sound of the river from the deck. Guests should be forewarned that barbeque grills are not allowed on the decks and only charcoal grills are available outside the building and recreation center.

Clean - Well decorated - Prime Location!

Great location in Winter Park! This place was very clean, well decorated with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Could have brought at least 2 more and been comfortable. Nice bathrooms, living area and kitchen. We will definitely book this place again!

Spring break ski trip

Great stay for ski trip during spring break. Property was clean and plenty spacious for the 5 adults we had staying there. The bus stop for the ski shuttle is literally right outside the condo and very convenient (runs every 30 min). Check in/out very easy with electronic lock and easy communication with property management.
