Good location, cozy condo

Great little spot close to winter park mountain and town, well equipped and comfortable for 2 families (4 adults 4 kids between 5-8 years old). Bedrooms are a bit small/cramped with no dressers. Deck is lovely but direct sun all day. One complaint is that there is only one window that opens on the main floor, and with those big windows it gets hot and stuffy in the summer in the afternoon. But overall a lovely stay!!

Perfect Stay

The location of this property was perfect for our group that was biking at Trestle. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. Because these are so new and nice, there is some construction noise during the day, which didn't bother us as we left during the day to enjoy the area. We have already talked about coming back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Modern cozy and close to skiing

We loved our stay here! The accommodation was clean, had all the amenities we needed, was very spacious, and yet still cozy! The views were amazing and we were a short 5 min drive to Winter Park ski resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views

The property is very clean, quite, and easily accessible to winter park slopes. The property overlooks the slopes, which is beautiful view. Everything you need is provided. A very nice home. Beds were a little "hard" for us, but still a great place.

Wonderful Holiday Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a perfect location and our boys loved the bunk beds. The home is beautiful and the kitchen was great to cook our thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely be back!!!

Not quite as luxury as stated

We booked the house because of its title, location and pictures, knowing it was fairly new. We have vacationed in the Winterpark area for about 10 years and this new company is not one of our favorites. To their defense, they were extremely accommodating when it came to booking. Because of a death of a close friend we had to change our dates and they did so without any fees or anything. That was super sweet. However, once we arrived the service stopped. The sheets in the master bedroom had several holes. We commented on that and did state they should change it for the next visitors, but any good rental company would have made sure you had new sheets. The WiFi kept going off and on, which was not necessarily their problem, but it made it hard to one of our kids who had an online course to do his school work. Then on the day it snowed, there was no snow shovel... again, house was nice and fairly new, but I would not call it luxury. Also, the actual per night price is almost twice as much as advertised by the time you add all the extra fees. I would probably not rent with winterpark escapes again.

Nice house but....

As for the Town home itself it is very nice. I would give it 5 stars for newness, cleanliness, kitchen supplies, view and location. However there were a few issues. Most I didn't bother sending to the mgmt company. Some weren't things ID give 3 stars for but personal preferences or nuances. The queen bed in the MBR I thought would be ok for my wife and I. Well it wasn't and I wouldn't rent a place with a queen again. I knew that when we rented it so not something I would lower a rating for. If you like fans bring your own. Only the MBR and LR had ceiling fans. I travel a lot and have a hard time sleeping in a quiet room as well as my girls. Also the bedding should be more elegant and substantial. It felt like a lower end hotel bedding. MBR mattress was poor. There was only 1 humidifier, 1 blanket for the house no extras or extra throws to use. There weren't movies or a way to watch unless you subscribe to Netflix. I guess Netflix available means if you have your own subscription. We dont. The toiletries if you run out you need to get your own. It would be nice to have the code to the garage door. That got annoying very quick, especially with needing to take shoes off. The garbage from the previous guest was over filling the trash can. Which wasn't picked up Monday and tipped over Wednesday. That's when we notified the mgmt company and they asked us to put the can in the garage. We did after picking up all the dumped trash. The hot tub is nice and we enjoyed it. Even with an ice cold dripping of water from the precariously hanging snow and ice above it. On occasion we could hear ice hitting the hot tub from the roof. It is placed in a bad location in my opinion. The bus service was a joke and not reliable. If you are going to WP and need to be their by a certain time...DRIVE! It is by no means every 20 minutes or 30. Its whatever time they get their. we saw a bus pass at 0823. We wanted the 0900. We were at stop at 0850. 0910 I walked back and got our car. Just then the bus passed at 0914. Almost an hour between the two. No there wasn't one at 0840. We called they said it will arrive soon...it didn't. It didn't have a radio or transponder so no way to locate it. The APP was useless. It showed arriving and departing for a bus that wasn't their. We enjoyed our time in WP. The place is nice but could use a few things. We rent a good bit and the amenities were lacking. Also get more family games to play
