Wonderful property, our family had a great time. Very clean, organized, and had everything needed to relax. Lots of restaurants close by, short drive to the skiing, and the hot tub has a great view of the mountains. Management also did a wonderful job communicating, they were very helpful. We would stay here again

The property is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The hot tub on the roof was great and tubing at Colorado Adventure Park was a highlight. The kitchen is very tight and cooking utensils and pots,pans and skillets were just average. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

Unit had everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and the rooftop hot tub. Very convenient to the bus system and many restaurants and bars. Easy walk to Cooper Creek Square in the center of town. Only downsides were the bunk room gets a bit warm and the bed pillows could use some additional options. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

Property and location was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. Cleanliness was phenomenal! Would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again.

Great location

We had a great time in Winter Park. This location was close to the bus and walking distance to local restaurants. The condo was perfect for our week stay while we were skiing.

Great location in Winter Park

Beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park! We loved the mountain views, the rooftop hot tub, and the convenient location within walking distance of several restaurants, ski shops and the shuttle stops. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy stay

This home was a great pick for a quick weekend trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday along with a two other couples. We appreciated that we could all have our own bathroom space. The rooftop hot tub was a hit.

Great Family Condi

This was a great condo for four adults and four kids! Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed. Hot Tub on roof was great after a long day on the slopes! Close to several restaurants and Lift Shuttle pickup, which made our ski trip easy! Really enjoyed staying here and would stay again!

Christmas getaway

Just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Host provided just about everything you could need including cooking/serving, entertainment and comfort. It is everything claimed in description. Would stay again.

The townhome is in a great location, walkable to a ton of restaurants, less than a 10 minute drive to the base of the mountain, and beautiful Mountain Views! We had everything we needed to cook meals, the accommodations were very clean and Comfortable. Check in and out were super easy and we had access to free fun and activities. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Winter Park!

We had a great time in Winter Park! The townhouse was beautiful, thoughtfully appointed in kitchen/bathrooms etc. Hot tub on the roof was wonderful. Great location right in town. Would definitely recommend it! Only (minor) downside was the garage is very tight and was blocked by snow for part of our stay, but there was other parking available so not a big deal.

Awesome place!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The ONLY "complaint" was the construction right outside our windows. But summer in Colorado, not much to do about that. It may have impacted our stay had we known though. Thankfully they ended by 630pm every night.

Many other better units in Arrow

The unit wasn't the best. We've stayed in multiple units at Arrow and they have all be great. But #268 wasn't great, missing light fixtures with holes in the ceiling, no working bathroom fans, dirty Kleenex behind the nightstands and just an overall bad experience.

268 rooftop townhome

The unit was clean and well stocked. Was perfect for the guys trip to WP. Garage was perfect and the main level access off of street on other side of unit was great. They were doing construction each day right out the window of the unit, but it was hardly noticeable as they started after we left for skiing and were done by 4. Lot of building going on in the town of WP. Just a heads up, parking for WP has become a real challenge, get up early and get to the lots as early as your crew can do it. WPE was great. Very well run management company. Also owner of this unit has thought it out and provides what is needed for a good experience. Thanks

Expect loud construction noise if staying during the week

I stayed here in the middle of June 2022. Wanted to get away and focus on me and work half days from the unit. On Monday morning, I was forced awake by REALLY loud banging at 7 AM. I looked outside and noticed that there is construction going on right across the parking lot between the unit and Main St. This went on ALL DAY LONG between 7 AM and 5 PM. I'm talking large machinery dropping huge rocks into metal bins, loud beeping from the machines backing up every 30 seconds, etc. I ended up emailing the property management company, but all they said was that I could go to the local spot to work and they'd get me free coffees. Of course that's frustrating because I didn't pay this kind of money for the week to be out of the place all day. Not very accommodating. If you plan to stay in the unit during the day, do not expect it to be peaceful during the day.

Great Ski Vacation in Winter Park

The property was great for our family of 8. We have 3 grown children with spouses. We stayed for 4 nights and skied for three days. The kitchen had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub was a really nice benefit! It might have been a little bit small if we had just been hanging out at the condo but since we got up and went skiing every day it was perfect. The bus stops to catch the shuttle are very close and you can walk to several restaurants and shops.

Family ski trip

The property was perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. We were a family of 6 adults and we had plenty of room. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and ski rental.
