The entire house was very nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. View was very nice and location was excellent. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay! Loved the easy access to all the great shops, restaurants and trails. The private hot tub with the beautiful mountain views was perfect after a long bike ride. Our weekend felt like home-away-from home.

Perfect for family

We had a great stay in Winter Park. This place was a family retreat equipped with games, toys and more than plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything and the hot tub was amazing. Great views.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

We had the best time staying here. The townhouse was immaculate and they had everything you need...linens, blankets, well equipped kitchen. It is a quick drive to the slopes and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Highly recommend!

Great location. Well appointed, beautiful decor. We biked from the home to trails. Our child loved the arcade in the basement. Appreciated the garage storage for bike. Easy walk downtown.

Really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The house was spacious and the views were amazing! The shuttle to Winterpark to ski was just around the corner and very convenient. The only negatives were the fireplace didn’t work…the train comes by right outside the window several times per night and very loud, and the people before us must have had pets because dog hair was all over the pillows and living room. However, would highly recommend this spot and would stay again! The house is beautiful and stocked with all supplies and nice towels etc. We received immediate responses to our questions which was much appreciated!

Great house

Great spot for a couple small families. Hot tub was clean and hot. Buck hunter was out of order but it was fun having the other games.

Best. Getaway. Ever.

This place is absolutely perfect. The best location and well equipped with anything you could dream of needing. The beds were comfy and there was a lot to do in and out of the house. The owner has great taste with decorating and I have found myself ordering some of the same decor for my own house. I could have stared at that front porch view for hours!

Perfect place

We loved this property. it was perfect for our group. The arcade and hot tub were big hits! Love having on site laundry. Very conveniently located near the shuttle service and a short ride to winter park resort. Kids kept asking when we can come back!

Great place to stay, well equipped, super comfortable - just 1 caveat!

This is my 2nd time staying in this residence and we had a great stay overall. The main living space is spectacular, with tons of space and having the hot tub on the balcony is SUPER convenient. The game room in the entry level is also great for kids and kept them busy the entire stay. Beds are also comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The ONLY negative was the train which travels right behind this unit - every night, at least 2 trains would pass in the middle of the night (12a-1am and around 4am) which sounds like they are rushing through your bedroom, especially from the master bedroom. Future renters need to know this, because it's extremely disruptive - I am still giving the unit 5 stars and we love WP Escapes, but probably wouldn't stay here again as it massively disrupted our sleep every night. It's not as noticeable from the other bedrooms FYI.

Amazing!

The house is a cozy haven with a warm ambiance, perfect for both a fun and relaxing retreat. The kids had a blast with the game room and hot tub. They also could step right outside and play in the snow and sled down the hill. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Perfect house in great location.

Great house with all the amenities you need. Hot tub on the deck is perfect. Walking to restaurants, so big plus. Yes. We do get the train at times but worth the trade off.

Nice place for skiing trip

The Condo was a great place for our fam of six plus one dog to stay for a few days. Spacious, clean, and a separate room for dog to hang out when we hit the slopes. Train tracks are really close, but didn’t bother us too much. Kitchen is well equipped, even has a Norwegian style cheese cutter!

The townhouse was very clean, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and the location was perfect. The kids loved the game room downstairs. The only down side was the train which does come by multiple times in the middle of the night and is very loud.

Nice rental just outside the resort

The rental was very nice and looked like the pictures. It had all the kitchen appliances and linens you could need. Do note that it is right by the train tracks so if you have light sleepers, it may wake you up. But after a full day of skiing, most of us slept through it from being so tired. The hot tub was very nice and the arcade games were a fun addition for our kids

Cozy yet spacious

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable and spacious for our group of 9! It accommodated our children ranging from 13-19 very well! Beds were super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. The game room downstairs was definitely a bonus for all the kiddos and the hot tub was dreamy!! My only suggestions are updating kitchen cookware and large utensils as well as addressing the rain head in the master shower as it felt like little more than a trickle leaving bathing experiences pretty chilly🙃. Overall we loved this condo and would definitely revisit this property!

Great place to stay

The home was great for the 5 of us. Great location within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars. One of the video games were no working but the kids loved the other arcade games and of course the hot tub. there are train tracks behind the home so sleeping with the windows open is not possible as 3-4 trains go by throughout the night. If the windows are closed you don’t even notice them. We would definitely rent this place again.

5 Stars - The perfect summer family get away

We cannot say enough good things about our recent stay in Winter Park. The Villa was cute, clean, and had something for everyone. Views, hot tub, shuffle board table, arcade games, soaking tub, the list goes on and on. Conveniences like cooking supplies, washer/dryer, keurig, puzzles, games, extra towels were a great bonus. The proximity to Cooper Creek was the cherry on top. An easy and scenic walk to several lunch and dinner options, shopping, and, our personal favorite, Charlie's frozen treats. Great live music and friendly atmosphere. Super quick drive to the Winter Park resort for mini golf, alpine slide, rock climbing, ropes course, mountain biking, and gondola ride. Also close to the rec center to swim in the event of rain. We had a truly unforgettable family vacation and can't wait to come back!
