Spacious Mountain Getaway

This house has it all! On a good day (aka no traffic), it's about 1.5h from Denver and has garage parking as well as driveway parking (5 car max) making it convenient to bring several friends and their families together. The kitchen is well stocked and makes it easy to cook for a crowd. We loved the projector in the basement and the hot tub. The communication with the owner was flawless and we can't wait to come back.

Great house to stay at in the Winter Park area! Thirteen in our party and we never felt crowded. Even had beds left over! The flow of the dining room to the deck was handy at meal time, and we were able to use both tables effectively. We are from the south, so not having AC in the middle of July was a concern, but once we got the windows all open and cool mountain air flowing, it was not an issue. Highs each day were around 74. The hot tub is huge and well-maintained. The kitchen was super well stocked with essentials (we cooked almost every meal) and the Safeway was just at the bottom of the hill if we needed anything. They are doing foundation work for new houses going up across the street, but it was not a problem. All your time at the house is on the back deck anyway.For EV drivers, there is a fast charging station just east of the Safeway in one of the parking lots for the walking trail around the ponds. Very convenient!

Family Reunion Stay

This was an awesome location for our family reunion! There was plenty of room for everyone and the home was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a few minor issues come up and they were addressed immediately. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We would love to come back again some day.

It was lovely, plenty of space. There was even a moose who visited each day! We did notice a leak in a bathroom, but the owner had someone there promptly to repair it. She was very responsive via text to questions the entire time. I really appreciated that.

It was a wonderful week in your beautiful home that was very comfortable for our family of 14. We loved the Christmas trees and decorations and the old pictures on the walls depicting what the ski slopes looked like many years ago. Many enjoyed the hot tub and the table shuffle board. In the snow, it is very important to have good snow tires and 4-wheel drive is helpful to get out of the driveway and up the hilly roads which they keep plowed quite often. Thank You !

Winter Park 24

We had a great time at 145 Cougar.This is the third year our friend group has stay in winter park for a group holiday hang out. This was by far the best place we have stay. The host was great to work with, the house was amazing and very accommodating for our large friend group. We would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

Had a great time in Winter Park with our family of 20. There were beds for everyone and enough space for everyone without being in each others way. Kitchen well supplied. Nice view of mountains from deck. Plenty of parking. Swati was prompt in getting back to us on any questions or problems. Plenty of variety of things to do in Winter Park and surrounding areas. 10 of our group was the first time in Colorado so it was a special time for all!

Great for groups!

15 of us stayed in this house and had plenty of room. The basement is huge and it was fun to watch basketball games on the large TV. I do wish the upstairs living area was larger but we made it work. The property is beautiful and an easy drive to WP. Side note: Our cars have 4 wheel drive and snow tires so we were able to make it into the neighborhood. The plows came on Saturday but Friday evening was quite a challenge. Make sure your cars are snow ready!

Wonderful stay!

This property was wonderful! Even in preparation for the trip, Swati was quick to answer all of my questions. The house and property is beautiful, and the hot tub was a popular spot for everyone! Only complaint was all of the doors left a draft in the area, making it a little colder. Other than that it was amazing! Thank you for everything!

Family spring break

The house was fantastic and had great accommodations for our family. We hosted with 3 other family and friends and everyone had space. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. The bunk room was awesome for the kids! We felt there was plenty of space for our 4 familes. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms. But beyond that great home. Family reunion in colorado

Great house. Can fit many with lots of beds. A bit of a problem with the number of bathrooms but it’s doable. . Very clean, kitchen is extremely well stocked, even has essentials left over from other renters. Property is private, and comfortable. Host was always available.

Great home!

This was a great space for our group of 10 celebrating a 50th birthday! A few things could be improved (better lighting in down stairs bathroom and propane for the grills) but otherwise we were very impressed with how everything you could want or need was there. Thanks for a great place for our celebration!!
