Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Great spot for two families of 4
We really enjoyed this house and found it to have plenty of space for two families of four. Good location and easy access to the shuttle. Best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rental! The stairs to and from the hot tub are challenging in the snow / ice, but still worth getting in. Lowest level with bunk beds and its own living room was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful, very well stocked, and comfortable. The location was convenient. We had easy access to walk to supermarket, restaurants and shuttle dropped off!

The amazing Winter Park and Red Quill unit 307!!!
This was our first time in Winter Park and what a time we had! Plenty of room for our family. They could not have picked a better location for this home. Just steps away from the action, great restaurants, pubs, and shopping, We didn't even need to use our car! But when we did, we found amazing small towns, great golf course, and breathtaking rivers, trails, and lakes. The beds are so comfy you just melt in them after a long day exploring. Our family had such a great time and we cannot wait to come back!

Well appointed and convenient townhouse
The home was a perfect fit for our group - lots of different spaces for kids and adults. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. There are a lot of stairs across levels- if folks are coming from lower altitudes it's something to be aware of. Otherwise we loved it! Clean and good communication from the hosting agency.

Clean, Kitchen Well Stocked, But…
The kitchen was really well stocked with appliances, dishes, bowls, etc and the best of any place we’ve stayed.
The place was nice but the hot tub was filled with algae when we arrived and wasn’t treated for two of the four nights we were there. The management company was super responsive to my emails but correcting the issue was not as responsive. When the shower knob fell out, maintenance was out within several hours which was appreciated.
Loved the standing desk and monitor in the master so nice of you do have to work a little while on vacation.
Like some other vacation rentals in the area, you have to LOVE stairs as there are a LOT of them. The builder who thought a metal spiral staircase to the hot tub was clearly imbibing or enjoying from the green medical signs! No doubt they were trying to take advantage of space, but it’s a weird setup.
I would suggest the owners put in a larger tv in the main floor as watching a football playoff game on a tiny tv was a little bit of a bummer. There is a larger one on the lower floor but not much seating.
Minus the stairs, I think I would love this place a lot more outside of the winter skiing season. The driveway was tight with the snow but we loved seeing the bikes that could be used in non-snowing seasons.

Plenty to really like but enough to not want to book here again
The pictures are stunning and the description is glowing on the website, but there were too many small things needing attention for us to be thrilled with our stay. The stove had multiple knobs broken and the burners would keep trying to reignite even when lit, the oven was not heating correctly and everything took WAY longer than usual, even accounting for high altitude. The upstairs toilets didn't always flush, there weren't dressers to put clothes for longer stays in all the bedrooms, and the entry way didn't have simple additions like rubber mats, which would have been greatly appreciated, as I assume most people renting in Winter Park would be skiing or snowboarding! One of our biggest pet peeves was the hot tub...one of our bigger reasons for booking here. The metal spiral staircase of death was covered in ice and even walking down in winter boots was a scary situation for any of us. We used it once and said to heck with it. One bedroom had a nice clawfoot tub but wasn't very deep and hot water went cold before it was filled all the way. TVs were a joke, as they were all too tiny and/or placed to far away to be able to actually see anything, should you want to ever actually watch something.
For the positive, the home was clean and comfortable and the beds super cushy. Plenty of towels and such but skimpy on the toiletries. We almost never bring shower gel with us as that's the most basic toiletry to provide and we had to grab a huge bottle from the grocery store and just left it at the home. Fireplace was lovely.
I'm sure someone will ask why we didn't call Winter Park Escapes during our stay and....we did. We first called to inquire about the coffee machine, as we were stopping for groceries and couldn't check in til 4pm. We were told it was a Keurig so we bought lots of boxes of them only to arrive and see a Nespresso and standard coffee pot. Waste of time and money - just say you don't know! Then we left a message on the toilets (I assume because it was after hours) and never heard back.
Sometimes we have these kinds of issues with AirBnBs, but didn't expect a popular management company to have so many small things that were an issue. It's fine and we had a wonderful time with each other regardless, but definitely wouldn't rent with this company again.
