There is a king bed in primary room with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed in second bedroom, full restroom just across from bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room allowing sleeping for up to 6. Its first floor location allows for very easy to and from access and the private wrap around deck gives visitors breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and the Fraser River during all four seasons!!

Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, 3 flat screen TV's DVD player, high end finishes along with designer touches will surround you in luxury during your stay!!! The fully stocked kitchen has all amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew can enjoy after a fun day on the slopes. The deck includes comfortable seating for entertaining while lounging out. Extra cozy mattresses and pillows are just a few of the things that set this vacation retreat apart! Private washer & dryer in unit. There is a fully stocked cabinet with dozens of games for family and kids.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

This complex has one of the only outdoor year-round heated swimming pools. Clubhouse with pool room, kitchen, workout room and fire pit are included in the amenities.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.
