The house was in great shape. The garage was very helpful. Hot tub was great. Worked well for a group. Kitchen was well-outfitted as well! Prompt responses from contacts about any and all questions. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful views all around, easy and quick access to everything this area has to offer. The bedroom setup was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples and 8 kids ranging from 13 to 1. Perfect place and setup if you're planning on hitting up the slopes or just enjoying everything else this area has to offer. Host was very responsive. Check in/out couldn't have been easier.

Fantastic Place

I rented this home for our whole family to stay at - 6 adults and 4 kids (7 to 13). This was a fantastic place for a family - very large, close to everything we wanted to see, and had everything needed for a 4 nite stay. Needless to say, our kids and grandkids couldn't have been happier with the accommodations plus the hot tub.

Vacation Getaway

We stayed here with 2 other families (7 children). It was perfect for the adults & kids. The house is well maintained and clean. It has great views and is located close to everything. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Look no further! Dream House!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property - STUNNING views, a gorgeous and spacious home, in a great location! We stayed for 4 days and it wasn’t long enough. We had three couples and 5 kids (age 1-6) and the layout of the home was great for our crew. Lots of great “together” space and privacy when needed. The bunk rooms are adorable, and all through the home the decor was comfortable and mountain-esq. We all enjoyed the hot tub and all amenities were what we needed. It was great having garage spaces since it snowed for one day of our trip. The home is private without being secluded, which was nice for us. Ugh, we hated to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

Great home for big groups

The home has everything needed for a large group in town for a long ski weekend. The location is great and very quiet. The home is in good condition and the kitchen is functional.

Winter Park short Vacation June 2022

Beautiful views and Great location, just a few minutes from downtown. Glad we had the pool table to keep all the boys and myself busy. A very spacious house with plenty of room for a large family or multiple familes. Now for the not so good, throw the large rug in the sitting room upstairs away, it got our socks and feet filthy. The 2nd morning the daughter ask what was yellow all over the top of her clothes, when we got home that afternoon one of the boys went to take a shower and found all the mice droppings all over the wash rag he had used that morning, at this point we knew what was all over the daughter's clothes since her suitcase was sitting on the floor downstairs. The boys had mentioned a mouse trap in their room but didn't think much about it until after looking in the utility room and seeing several mouse traps set. When we were cleaning up and ready to leave we started noticing this house has not had a good cleaning in some time and had alot of traffic through the house. The house is a very nice house and needs to be throughly cleaned and demiced before renting it out again. We did not call and complain but did leave several notes for the cleaning company, on the way home I did receive a call from the Rental Company to check and see how our stay was. The lady was very surprised to hear about the mice problem and filthy rug.

Perfect Place!

We used this property to house our bridal party on the weekend of our wedding. WE LOVED IT!! There was plenty of space to hang out and relax, the kitchen was big enough to serve all of the meals. We had 16 people staying there and everyone was comfortable. We did have to do laundry often to make sure we had enough towels for all the showers. The trundle beds weren't the most comfortable, but they got the job done. Winter Park Lodging company was so responsive and checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The hot tub and the pool table were loved! We used the master bedroom to do hair and makeup on the morning of the wedding, it was well lit and perfect. There was even more than enough parking for everyone who stayed with us. It was the perfect homebase for our big weekend.

Awesome View

This house is exactly what it shows in the pictures. It is very spacious and allows families to enjoy time together. But also offers private time with several balconies. The only negative would be lots of stairs if you have toddlers. We brought gates so we didn’t have to worry about the kids falling down stairs. I would highly recommend this house if you are in Winter Park.

Great place for a large group

The house lived up to all of our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue lighting the fire pit and called for help. Someone was there within an hour, was extremely polite , fixed it and got out of our way so we could continue our vacation. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect extended family getaway with close resort access

This spacious home was perfect for our group of 19 adults and kids to socialize, play, eat, relax and rest in. The access to Winter Park resort was a big advantage for us. When we arrived, we were stunned by how beautiful the house and view was. Everything was in excellent working order and the check-out was easy. We will definitely rent again!

We loved the house!!! Perfect for us to spread out.

The only improvement would be the three trundle mattresses. They were unusable even for our smallest kids. Like sleeping on a ladder. Luckily we had couches etc, so made do. Your people were prompt to bring foldaways but they were too large for the floor space. Good try though. We had a ball. Thanks for the memories. We wanted to leave good words in the guest book but it was full.

Beautiful views

The house is lovely. The furnishings very comfortable. For the price...I feel the attention to details were lacking. The refrigerator was not working and 2 inches of water were in the freezer drawer so clearly no walk through had been done recently. They were very prompt to exchange it with another one...tried to convince us to just use the one in the lower level which would have included two sets of stairs. We were meeting for a retreat .. so while we are having a strategic conversation they were hauling the refrigerators in and out. Obviously not ideal. One of the throw blankets in the living room had mouse poop on it. There was a huge hairball in the master bath drain. For the price you expect things to be pretty perfect so was a little disappointed but overall we had a nice time.
