As it's the highest floor, there is no noise from guests that may be above you otherwise. Do keep in mind though. that we don't have any elevators on site, so to access the upper level units you have to climb a few sets of stairs. The views up top are well worth it though!

Unfortunately, we were sold out for the Blues Festival weekend, which coincided with your visit, and all the 1st floor units were spoken for. We do our best to honor any requests we can and I apologize for your condo placement. We were unaware of your condition during your stay. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo accommodations otherwise, but should there be anything I can do to make it up to you and your family please let me know.

Hi Mark,Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your stay with us was less than ideal. I will have my maintenance manager check on the thermostat and be sure nothing is malfunctioning as well as up the wattage in the light fixtures to brighten things up. I wish there was something we could do to offer more parking, but when the property was built, they only allotted for only one car per unit. When guests bring more than one car, it can become very difficult to accommodate everyone. The master beds were replaced this past fall and the twin beds are on schedule to be replaced soon as well. Suitcase stands are a great suggestion and I'll be sure to stock extra hangers in the units. For heavy ski coats and gear we have installed coat hooks closer to the entryway. Thank you for your honest feedback as it only helps us improve.
