Can’t beat this location

Our family of five enjoyed staying over the 4th of July holiday. Everything you need is right outside the door, including fun family activities, dining, and wildlife (moose siting in the pond just off of the deck of the restaurant where we were having dinner). Great fire pit outside of the lodge in the village. Linens were very comfy and evenings were nice with the sound of the river below. A couple of notes, there was no hot water in the building the day we checked in. After a full day of outdoor activities, a hot shower would have been great. The property manager was very attentive to our questions about the water, and it was fixed by morning. Also, the windows need attention. There are no screens on any of the bedroom windows, and one of the windows in the living room was broken and couldn’t be opened/closed. Overall enjoyable and would stay again.

New Favorite Place!

Property was absolutely perfect for us. Check-in process was easy and the location 100 feet from the gondola is amazing!The property was as advertised and fit my wife and I with our 3 teenagers perfectly. Loved the layout, the fireplace, the deck, just can't say enough good things about this property - we will be back for sure!

Wonderful Unit, Great Stay!

4 night stay for a ski trip with my college-aged son. The unit was perfect for our trip. It turned out exactly as described...clean, very nice accommodations. Couldn't have been a more convenient place to stay to get to enjoy Winter Park. Easy access to the main lifts, restaurants and a grocery store/mercantile all just a few steps outside the lodge. I rented skis from Winter Park and that, too, was easy and just a few steps outside the lodge. We never left the resort area the entire trip because we didn't need to...everything was right there. A specific shout out to Ashley at the front desk of the Zephyr Mountain Lodge who went out of her way late one evening to assist us with some car issues we were having on our last night. She provided several resources for us to contact for assistance and was instrumental in helping us resolve the issue. Just an outstanding overall experience (car problems not withstanding...) and will highly recommend to anyone wanting a great ski trip experience at Winter Park. Will definitely be back!!

Great family trip

Everything about this stay was great—the room, the location, the communication from the Winter Park team. I have stayed in WP with my family for a number of years now and this was as wonderful a stay as we have had there. Highly recommend.

Zephyr 2 bedroom condo review

My son and I stayed 4 nites at this property and were very happy with the location (so close the the Winter Park gondola) The conditon of the unit was very acceptable with comfortable beds and functional kitchen. There was a nice supply of basic supplies for cooking breakfast which we did every morning. The gas fireplace was also a nice touch. Overall very satisfied

Incredible 4 day weekend

This was our families first “Colorado” ski trip although we have skied at much much smaller places in Illinois. Me being a person that does not really love skiing, this trip made me not want to leave. The facilities were incredible, room was great and the workers were amazing. I am so happy we stayed at the ski in/ski out. There were 9 in our group and this made things so easy. Having the locker for equipment was so convenient. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. I felt like the little extras such as welcome snacks and coffee were so nice. I am going to suggest 1 thing better lighting in the bedrooms. It was very dark even when turning on the lamps. Other than that it was the perfect weekend

We loved staying in this unit. The only thing I’d change is the glass coffee table and nightstands. We had small kids that nearly bumped their heads on the corners. Other than that, this unit had everything we needed. Thank you!

Accommodations are very nice and comfortable - problems with early check out time.

We enjoyed the extra space in this unit. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated a larger table for our family to enjoy dinner We were disappointed in the check out time of 10:00 am as it interrupted our planned morning skiing on our last day. We had negotiated a 12 pm late check out time at booking but were ultimately denied due to another renter coming in at 4 pm. The cleaning of this room could certainly have been accomplished in the intervening time between late check out and arrival of new guests.

Great Condo!

This is a very nice condo and great location to the base. Furnishings and beds were great, and the hot tubs were awesome after a hard day of skiing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pleasant Stay for Family of 6

Family of 6 ski trip over spring break was very enjoyable. The bunk and queen in one of the bedrooms provided space for our 3 sons, while our daughter used the air mattress bed in the living room. Zephyr Lodge can't be beat for convenience and we always enjoy the hot tubs after a hard day of skiing. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on all of the beds, as several members of our family said they were not that comfortable. Otherwise, the condo was great and had everything we needed for a great ski trip.
