The location of this condo is great for ski trip as it is right between Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park, with a bus stop right out front of the condo complex. The wooded views are beautiful out the side and back windows. Although it is a bit dated, it was clean comfortable and for the price paid, I considered it to be a tremendous value. We did not use the pool or hot tub but did notice the building was right next door. This is a second floor unit so climbing stairs with your luggage is necessary.

Fast response from owner when needed. Super cozy place. All amenities that you’d want in a ski trip from cooking oil to hot tub. Just be aware on those really really cold spells, it is an end unit, which adds to the views into the forest but the heating can struggle at times if you’re thin blooded.

Overall, it was a good stay. The property wasn’t exactly set up for a longer stay(we stayed 2 weeks). We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags pretty quickly and had to purchase our own. The refrigerator also froze our food. We wanted to turn down the temperature, but it explicitly said not to change the temperature. We did loose some food to the fridge. However, the property was close to town and the resort and was a nice place to stay for a getaway.

Spring break

Great proximity to the pool. Less than a minute from door to door. No time to get cold. My children, with their wet bathing suits, made a game of beating out the 30ish degree temperature.

Great location

We stayed here for a ski/winter holiday and loved the location. We even took advantage of the hot tub after skiing. The place was cozy and had a great location near the club house.

Save your money

Our family of 4 has VRBO'd at many places in Winter Park over the last 10 years, including in this very same complex. This was one of the worst, most disappointing experiences we've had. The smell when we walked into the condo for the first time was overwhelming. Despite opening the place up, every time the baseboard heating kicked on (with repeated clicking), it spewed out an absolutely rancid smell. The thin bath linens used to be white. . . 10 years ago. The other possibility, given the grease stains, was that they were used to clean the place before being hung as bath towels and washcloths. Also, who knew that I should have packed pepper? I realize that you pay for location, but with so much in the heart of WP, even this location wasn't worth it. And at the price you pay? No. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Long weekend ski trip for me and my boys

Condo is conveniently positioned in Beaver Village close to the main bus route to/from Winterpark resort (only one stop to/from resort), and close to the clubhouse for after-ski relaxation in hot tub, sauna, or pool. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. We especially enjoyed playing the old-school video games next to the fireplace in the evenings. The owner was very accommodating in multiple ways for us, especially after the Pass was closed from avalanche/heavy snowfall and we had to stay an extra night. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again when we return for our next adventure in WP.

Cozy comfortable and easy access to Ski

Wonderful vacation!! The condo was cozy, comfortable and lots of space. Kitchen was equipped for all of our needs. The LIFT to access resort is steps away and easy to use. A big plus is the hot tub and washer and dryer is also close. Everyone had a wonderful time. Definitely go again!

Fantastic Place!

We loved this place!! So super cozy. The views were gorgeous. Everything was comfortable and quiet. The kids loved the room they shared. Parking was easy. And the pool area and pool were perfect for the kids! The owner was great to work with as well. We would rent again!

Perfect family getaway!

This condo is just the right size for a small family, perfectly situated by the clubhouse so our kids could enjoy the pool and hot tub when the weather wasn't good for getting outside (or mom and dad need a break!). They even had a dvd library you could borrow from - very nostalgic for us parents. The unit had everything we needed, comfy beds, a warm fire, and a 3 minute walk to the free bus that can take you anywhere you need to go. I was concerned that we'd have a lot of neighbor noise in a second floor unit but this place is built SOLID. You might get some noise on the steps outside from suitcases coming and going but overall it is a very quiet building.

Great Family Ski Trip

Overall we found the property to be clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was great. Really good location for both the resort and town. Shuttle stop is maybe only 100 yards (looks like there might be a closer stop but busses were on a very limited rotation when we were there due to Omicron). The kids had their own room with their own bed so it fit our family of 4 very comfortably. Overall great place for the family! Thanks for hosting us Brian!
