Amazing house!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The home was spacious enough for a family of 12 with plenty of beds, couches n seats. The house was beautifully decorated n close to everything we needed.

2nd time at this house and we will reserve it next time. The view is spectacular! 12 people (three couples, six 4-18 yr old children) were able to comfortably stay here. It is a great layout, clean, stock starters for household and toiletrie goods, location is perfect to Winter Park Ski Resort, snowmobiling, shops, grocery and tubing hill just down the road.

Clean, luxurious and modern

Amazing property. It was super clean, spacious and luxurious property. Had items to cater all age groups. Would love to come back to stay. Location is also amazing as it is just few minutes to the winter park ski resort.

A Tranquil Sanctuary

Lakota Vista is a beautiful retreat with every detail taken care of. The house is so well appointed and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood. They have thought of everything to make our stay worry free. It is an ideal destination to get away and relax. A great place to work remotely, while taking in amazing hiking (and skiing) within minutes of the house. It is a perfect retreat any time of year.

Great experience, great house!

Amenities, space, communication by the team, and all other details were done perfectly. Stayed in many houses like this, this one was by far the best. Beds and living areas were comfortable and well designed. Team left us a welcome package - great touch. Simple exit instructions and easy to find codes/ wifi passwords etc. great job

Incredible House

Just as described if not bigger and better. Hosted our friends for 5 nights and they couldn't believe how nice the property was. Hot tub was large and helped us recover from the days on the mountain. Shuttle pick up (green line) was only about 40 yards away from the house and made it super easy to get too and from the mountain resort. Would 100% stay at this property again!

Awesome!!!!

Great location if you are looking to right next to the slopes, 5 minute drive into town. The pictures on the website doesn’t give the full beauty when you walk in the house. Service people were very responsive, house supplies were just as a good as your own house, and plenty of space for families. Highly recommended

Best Family Ski House

Can't say enough about Lakota Vista house. Amazing view of whole mountain. Immaculate condition. Layout was perfect for us with 4 families; each had own area in house. Every detail had been considered: Mud/Ante room was huge with space for a dozen ski boots. Boot/glove dryers and oversized washer dryer. Also we had 4 feet of snow during our stay and the rental company came multiple times to check on us and dig us out; top notch.

Great Vacation

Place was beautiful, well equipped, and luxurious. Plenty of room for our group of 12 and convenient access to Winter Park Resort via the free bus (100 yard walk to the stop at top of the hill). Lots of quality useful touches, including a kitchen that was especially well stocked with quality cookware and utensils, boot driers in the garage, a large mudroom, and convenient washer/dryer. Enjoyed the views from the top floor and the spa after full days of skiing. Only problem was an issue with the spa at check-in. Contacted the management company and they responded in a timely manner, resolving the problem. Had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

A memorable family vacation in Colorado

The views were amazing. The beds very comfortable. It was the little eextrasuch as the remote shades on the windows the hot tub cleaning ever 2 days and all the little extras in the kitchen which made the home so special. We had a ton of space and ares were we could all be together. A beautiful home and we felt very blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy it together.

Clean, comfortable and close

Lakota Vista was perfect for our kids and grandkids, all 14 of us! Very spacious with 2 separate living rooms, one for kids to play. Easy instructions in and out. The beds and linens were super comfortable and clean. Baths were clean snd accommodating. Plenty of essential supplies. There is a pack and play and toddler feeding seat that is not mentioned. Winter Park lodging checked in with me via text every day. They were always there if I had any questions. That was a comfort. The big kids loved the location! We come every 2 years and we will be back with Winter Park Lodging who has been great to work with from first planning until our trip was over.

Terrific Getaway Spot

At the end of a long weekend with three families, we all agreed that if we go back to Winter Park, we would definitely stay at this house. It was wonderfully kept, spacious, and had enough amenities to keep everyone happy. Very convenient to get to the ski slopes.

The house was perfect for our family. The place was clean upon check-in, spacious, and very nice. Host are incredible! We will be returning.

Outstanding Hospitality

I organized an early season ski trip for myself and 10 friends and was able to score a beautiful home from Winter Park Lodging last minute (Lakota Vista). There was a complication on my end when I originally booked but with one phone call to Winter Park lodging the issue was resolved in minutes. The property was beautiful, well appointed with decor and amenities, and the gift basket they left upon arrival was a nice touch. Each room is incredibly cozy and the bathrooms are a great size. One of the reasons we chose the property we did was because of the large, sturdy, and cozy bunk beds. They accommodate grown adults which makes this property great for groups with single people; a huge plus. The property was also right along the free shuttle bus route that takes you right to the base of Winter Park. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I've planned several ski trips with groups of friends and this property management company has been one of the best I've interfaced with specifically with communication and hospitality. They checked up on us each day (via text message) to ensure our stay was pleasant and there were no issues. They took the extra steps to send a “hot tub team” during one of the days we were skiing to perform preventative maintenance and a routine check. This was helpful because someone in our group managed to set the hot tub to a different language to which the “hot tub team” was able to reset it. Check in and check out were simple and straight forward. Winter Park isn't my favorite place to ski but I would definitely consider coming back solely based on the hospitality of this team (let alone the affordability of the property). I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Family mountain Christmas

Perfect location and home layout for our 3 generations (7 adults, 4 children) of Florida and Colorado family. We cooked in every day, hit the slopes, played cards nightly while the youngsters enjoyed the hot tub. There was nothing lacking....even fresh snow co-operated.

Gorgeous Mountain Home

We had a dreamy vacation at Lakota Vista this January and this home lives up to the beautiful photos. We brought our family up for a quick trip to ski even with the lack of snow, we had an amazing time. This home is stunning and brand new and you can really tell. Everything feels new and we loved the hotel-like feel of the bedding and towels. The views from the living room, second lounge and hot tub of the Resort are unbelievable. We cooked in the kitchen quite a bit and loved getting together at the dining room table. We had a small issue with the gas fireplace but Robert from Winter Park Lodging Company came right over to fix it (with a mask on!). Everything felt so clean & safe which we really needed after a long time without a vacation.
