Covered parking garage keeps you out of the elements from your vehicle to condo. Elevator access and ski locker makes this complex super convenient for your ski trip! The entrance to the condo provides a perfect nook for storing your jackets and boots. The beautiful kitchen opens up to the dining and living area to make for a nice open floor plan. Off the living area there is a huge balcony to spend warmer days in the winter and summer on. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, in-suite bathroom, and access to the balcony. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle as well. The second bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom which is also accessible off the kitchen. Living room has sleeper sofa. Radiant IN FLOOR HEAT in the bathrooms. Washer and Dryer in unit for your convenience! This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. The following vehicles may not be parked within the community. • Commercial vehicles. • Vehicles with a one-ton rating or more. • Boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, and recreational vehicles of any type. • Abandoned, unregistered, or inoperable vehicles of any kind. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. Grand Park Rec Center is just down the street with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people.
