The Green Line shuttle stop is 400 feet away making the Winter Park base area very accessible. The floor plan of the unit and the amount of closet and storage space is very good.

Seamless experience. I recommend some minor improvements - upgraded mattresses, a new toaster, and living room sitting that accommodates the number of guests (there is only seating for five). Other than that, the place was awesome. Very well stocked kitchen, great location next to the mountain, and clean! Thank you so much!

Great WP Getaway

First off, the location is great, basically directly across from the winter park ski resort (we were able to do all the summer activities on the mountain within a 2 min drive.The unit itself was great- a quiet townhome/condo community, adequate space large living room. We brought our kiddos (5&3) and it was a great space for them. The kitchen had lots of pots/pans/utensils so we were able to cook easily. The quiet deck made a great spot to hang out as the sun went down. During our stay the unit got pretty warm on the inside during the day- especially in the upstairs bedrooms. One of the ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms was not functioning, and the box fans can only do so much. We made the best of it, but it made the kiddos’ nap time a little uncomfortable- but as soon as the sun went down and overnight it was lovely. Nothing unusual for mountain properties…Overall it was an awesome stay and would recommend as a great place for anyone wanting to stay close to the resort and close to everything in wp/fraser. Thanks for a great getaway!

Excellent location and beautiful views

Our group of six plus a toddler stayed here for a ski vacation. It's located very close to Winter Park (to the point where you could walk if you don't mind carrying skis for 15 minutes).

Solid Stay

Overall the place is great. The location can’t be beat. The bust stop is a short walk away which gets you to the slopes quickly. DONT TRY TO PARK AT WINTERPARK.The place is well stocked and comfortable.I do think it’s time for a remodel only to modernize. The couch could use an upgrade but the chairs were comfy.Beds are good but pillows need an upgrade.I would stay here again. Pros outweigh the cons.

Great Winter Park Stay

The location is great, right by the main entrance to WP's base village (short drive to drop off skiiers or quick walk to shuttle stop). The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The whirlpool tub is a nice treat after a long day on the slopes! Management was great helping us to check-in early and to locate renting baby items needed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great family ski trip

This property is in a great location and had more than enough room for our family of 5. Easy access to WP bus to get to the mountain. Ample storage, including washer and dryer. The property had lots of extras, including laundry detergent, coffee and filters, and dishwasher soap (all things that are a bummer to buy for just a short stay). The kids enjoyed using the sleds that were in the garage, and the full game closet.

Great location,

House was very cold and slow to warm up. Called the mgmt company and not very helpful- never called back. Main TVs need some explanation with remotes. Gas fireplace turns off by itself. Great location. For the price, would be nice to have tvs in one other bedroom.

Great house

Recommend the house. Very clean and well stocked kitchen so was easy to make breakfast every day. Only slight con is that the green shuttle line tracking was down. Regardless of the app It was at times a long wait both going and returning so getting on and off the mountain was a little harder and took longer than expected.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and we liked the decor. It is very well stocked with all the cooking ware and utensils you would need to cook and eat in. Very close to the resort base. You can walk to the base which is about a 10 min walk or catch the shuttle. the shuttle stop is about a 3 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a perfect location

Stayed here for a family ski trip. Condo was a 2 min max drive to the base, very easy to get back and forth. Loved having a garage for our car, this kept it warm and ice/snow free. Only thing I wished it had was a hot tub, but overall this place was great! Would definitely stay here again no doubt!
