"Spot On" in the Heart of Winter Park

We had a great stay in the heart of Winter Park with easy access to all parts of the town. It is a great location and a cozy stay! The starter kit was perfect!

Amazing Location

We loved everything about our stay here! from the amenities to the location within the resort, it was the perfect week skiing with our family and friends. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be walking distance to the slopes!

We absolutely LOVE this Base Loft! We have stayed here many times now and highly recommend it. Perfect location, beautiful and comfortable decor, stocked with anything you may need and great communication from staff. The deck overlooking the village is so nice for people watching or just looking at the mountains. Can't say enough about this condo!

Amazing Ski Condo!!!

The place was awesome and i have never had a vrbo with such amazing communication and responsiveness! Property didn't dissapoint for a second! Well stocked and the pictures were spot on. Place actually lives bigger than it looks in the pictures! We are coming back!

Family of 5 plus 1 extra teen

The location of this place is great. The owner has done well at having comfortable beds and sitting area. The kitchen is very nice, it’s not cluttered like some places we’ve stayed. Pictures of place are very accurate. Place is decorated nice and any questions we had were immediately answered. Hot tub is a walk but my teens didn’t mind at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Nice layout. Negatives were 1/ master mattress (indentations/“holes” were excessive) and 2/ very hard to manage temp (temp difference between upstairs and downstairs must have been at least 10 degrees).

This is our second year booking with this same condo and company, and we are always thrilled to stay here. The location is amazing, as is the customer service and maintenance support. Their constant communication, text check ins, and salutations are exceptional and we have nothing negative to say. The amenities are incredibly accommodating inside and outside the facility. Spring Break 2025!

We had an amazing stay over spring break March 2025. Perfect location. Close to everything! The Fireplace was super warm to dry out mittens and boots after the kids played in the snow. Clean like a hotel room. Very spacious bedrooms. Personal Garage is located close. It had 2 sleds inside which the kids loved using. The property management team was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very memorable trip and would definitely book with them again!

Short but perfect

Booked this online last mnute and could not have been more pleased with the size, location and space. Literally right in the heart of the village and steps from the gondola. I had never been to WP so had no idea what to expect. The only minimal complaint would be the beds were firm ( not my prefernce ) . Will defenitly stay again

Fabulous Family Ski Trip

We stayed here for Spring Break at the beginning of April 2024 and absolutely loved it. The customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. The condo is extremely well appointed but even the random couple of items we requested in addition were taken care of within hours. The location is pretty unbeatable. You'll walk to skiing, dining, shopping, etc. The condo itself was clean and the finishes were quality. I think our experience was as close to perfect as you can get on a ski vacation.

Memorable Stay

Everyone I spoke with at Winter Park Lodging was polite and helpful (even the after hours on call person). The unit was clean and in great shape. Prime location. At no fault of anyone, it should be noted - ALOT of stairs are required for this unit. We had babies and an elderly couple making it a tad difficult to come and go. Otherwise, it was a perfection experience.

Winter park in March

The condo was very clean and well located. It was up 3 flights of stairs but we were able to leave the ski gear on the bottom fl. However the bunk beds did not have railing. Considering we had little kids we did not feel it was safe enough and had to create a makeshift higher railing.

Easter weekend ski trip

Stayed numerous times at this condo and love it. It’s perfect for our family plus we really like it being in the village. There were a few small details I thought needed addressed and shared those with the property manager. Nothing bone jarring just a few recommendations. We will be back again.

Very Nice Condo in the Resort Village

This Condo was perfect for our needs and in great shape. It is nicely decorated and has been well taken care of. Everything that we used worked as expected. It's in a very convenient location in the central resort village. While this area is busy during the day, it was quiet in the late evening and overnight. There was free summer parking in the adjacent parking lot and private garage. We had two families share the unit. The configuration worked well for us, giving us separate spaces downstairs with room to meet upstairs as a group.

WE loved all the activities available at the mountain and being able to walk out the door to them. Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Suggestion is the TV's in the unit need a written guide as to how to get to comcast or use Netflix. There are several remotes with every TV and they are all different. You need to know what HDMI goes to what devices. Every time you turn on the Livingroom TV you have to go input to get to Comcast. Looking forward to our next visit to Winter Park. Family Gathering

We had a family gathering of sorts with three generations getting together from three families. We stayed in this unit and it was awesome. Bedrooms in the basement made it nice for anyone to get away if needed. The property was super clean when we arrived, which was a super way to start the trip.
