We do not provide linens for the couches as we aim to provide actual beds for the maximum occupancy, but I am very sorry about the light. I could not get anyone there to replace it during your stay but appreciated being notified so that I could have it fixed before the next guests arrived. We aim to keep everything in the best of repair, but there are a few issues like the fireplace that were original design flaws that we have not been able to get remedied. Otherwise, we very much aim for luxury accommodations as well as the highest customer service. We try to treat our guests as we want to be treated when we have rented from others.

You are absolutely correct about the ski in requiring the ability to ski blues. I thought that was in my description, but I do not now see that and will plan to get it added. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. In that case, we recommend guests take advantage of the shuttle bus. It's very convenient for a bus system, but obviously not as convenient as just skiing right in. As for the furniture, I'm disappointed and sorry that you were not satisfied. We aimed to purchase some of the highest quality furniture so it doesn't need to be upgraded as often, and I just replaced at least half of the bed pillows a year or two ago. I even try to have a wide variety of types of pillows on hand since people tend to have a variety of preferences. But, I'm glad there were no significant issues and that you liked the condo and location and had a wonderful time. I'll take a look at the pillows and other bedding again this summer and see about replacing more of them. God bless!

The third upstairs room is indeed a bit small for 2 queens and a twin , but we wanted to provide as much actual bed space as possible for our guests, as we agree that pull outs are generally not comfortable. (I should probably again try to research replacement mattresses that might make it more comfortable for a large enough group that needs the pull out.) And, the ski trail, although providing ski in ski out, is not ideal for young children. Most of our guests haven't used it for small children because one must be able to ski a blue to ski back in, which most younger children cannot (and which I now see I need to add to our description - I apologize that that was not clear at the time of your booking). So, great job to them if they were able to ski that Mary Jane blue slope back in. That's fantastic! And, the ski out can indeed require some pushing depending upon the conditions, particularly if you get a good, deep snow, and it hasn't been groomed. Thanks again!

I assume you meant moose on the last line. We regularly see moose and fox around the property and on a couple of occasions a bear has wondered into the circle. To other potential guests, be careful but enjoy the sight of these beasts!
